Hainan Daily No. 8 Institute, May 7 (Reporter Zhang Wenjun, Special Reporter Fang Yujie) On the morning of May 7, at the No. 6 berth of the first loading and unloading area of Basho Port in Dongfang City, a 400-ton truck crane and a 1,000-ton mast crane were lifted at the same time, and the world's largest wind turbine blades with a length of about 143 meters slowly crossed the side of the ship and landed steadily on the deck of the "Huabiao Ocean" ship.

This is the MySE292 offshore super-large blade independently developed by Mingyang Smart Energy Group Co., Ltd., with a length of about 143 meters and an impeller diameter of 292 meters, which is the largest wind turbine blade with the largest impeller diameter off the assembly line in the world, and is suitable for Hainan and Guangdong, Guangxi, Zhejiang and other areas in a wide range of super class offshore areas. This shipment means that the world's largest wind turbine blades have been successfully loaded into the East and sailed.

At the scene, the law enforcement officers of the eight maritime safety bureaus carried out safety inspections on the fastening of the blades. Subsequently, the ship "Huabiao Ocean" sailed to Yangjiang, Guangdong. "This time, we will first transport a blade to the Guangdong Yangjiang Jianheng Offshore Wind Power Testing Center for technical testing, and then the base will achieve mass production and continue to ship." Wei Lei, head of the safety and environmental protection office of Dongfang Mingyang Technology New Energy Co., Ltd., introduced.

The base in Wei Lei's mouth is the Oriental Mingyang New Energy High-end Equipment Industrial Base located in the Oriental Lingang Industrial Park. From the base to Hachisho Port, the blades traveled about 8 kilometers and 3 hours. On land, how are oversized blades transported?

"Ready to lift." On April 26, in the blade trimming workshop of the base about 290 meters long, Li Huisheng, the on-site commander from Guangdong Haidian Operation and Maintenance Technology Co., Ltd., held a walkie-talkie and stared intently at the gantry crane at the top of the workshop. The two slings of the gantry crane lift the blades and blade tooling and slowly put them into the 84-meter-long blade transporter.

Li Huisheng told a reporter from Hainan Daily that the length of the general transport vehicle is more than 60 meters, and this blade transport truck is specially customized, "the blade has 70 meters on the car, its support point is at the rear of the car, and the other 73 meters are suspended." ”

Combined with the sea conditions, after the "May Day" holiday, the blades were transported to the port of Hachisho for shipping. "During transportation, the blades are not easy to bend, which is a big difficulty to overcome." Li Huisheng said that for this reason, a few months ago, they actively communicated with the local relevant departments, "Finally, the Oriental Lingang Industrial Park Shugang No. 2 North Road will be used as the main transportation road, directly leading to the eight ports." ”

"In order to ensure the smooth passage of blades to the sea, we coordinated with relevant functional departments to renovate the municipal facilities along Shugang No. 2 North Road, pruned about 3 kilometers of trees and branches along the line, removed relevant roadblocks, and upgraded 2 high-voltage lines and 4 communication lines." Wu Changjie, deputy director of the Dongfang Industrial Science and Technology Information Bureau and member of the special class of the Oriental Lingang Industrial Park, said.

On May 6, under the guidance of three escort vehicles, the blade transport vehicle successfully drove to Hachisho Port.

Liang Liqing, deputy general manager of Dongfang Mingyang Technology New Energy Co., Ltd., said that the blade will be mounted on the MySE18.X-20MW unit independently developed by Mingyang Group, and the annual power generation of a single unit can reach 80 million kWh, which is equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 66,000 tons, which is equivalent to the total annual electricity consumption of 96,000 residents. At present, Dongfang Mingyang New Energy High-end Equipment Industrial Base mainly produces MySE292 and MySE242 (A) main engines and blades, with an annual output value of about 5 billion yuan, which will serve Hainan offshore wind power projects in the near future and be exported to Southeast Asia and other places in the long term.
