In the end, the volunteers issued a "military order" and put the problem to rest within two months.

Volunteers set up a "military order" to cut off the roots

In March 2015, Zhu Baiqing, head of the community volunteer organization, issued a "military order" and began to "lobby" with several enthusiastic volunteers in the community.

"Don't we all raise them?" I paid the property fee, why don't you let me raise it?" With a list of 84 chicken farmers and room numbers, volunteers went door to door, and at first, Zhu Baiqing always received replies like this.

"Daddy, your son has bought a house here, we are all from the city now, why do we eat that bitter chicken?" "Now the price of the chicken is not bad, or let's sell it." "I am also the owner of this building, raising chickens makes the community so smelly, and the neighbors have a lot of opinions about you." After saying all the good things, Zhu Baiqing, who is usually well-liked, has touched many people. However, everyone promised well, but there was no action.

Volunteers mobilized everyone to sell these native chickens, at first, there were not many people who were moved, but after hearing the price, they found that the price of native chickens was higher. As he spoke, someone was moved. One household, two households... Dozens of households, this time, volunteers mobilized everyone to sell 200 chickens. The remaining chicken farmers saw that the chicken sellers got the money, and they also got the support and praise of the neighbors, and they gradually became moved.

More than a month later, Zhu Baiqing looked again, there were only three "nail households", these three families saw that no one else was raised, and it was not easy to release it, so they raised a small number of chickens on the balcony, and under the further persuasion of volunteers, they finally sold all the chickens after a week.

"I didn't expect volunteers to have such a great power, and since then, I have made up my mind to develop a volunteer team in the community."
