Recently, some residents of Jinzeyuan Community of Xinhuayuan Community found that some tiles on the exterior wall of the building in the community fell off in their daily travel, and there were potential safety hazards. After on-site investigation, the community party committee and the community property immediately discussed the maintenance plan, and the property arranged maintenance workers to repair the fallen tiles in time to eliminate potential safety hazards. "No longer have to be afraid that I will trip over falling tiles when I walk this way", "After the restoration, our building will be restored to its former glory", and the residents of the community expressed their gratitude to the community.
The greening is busy in spring, and the community shows a new look
Spring is infinitely good, and the greenery is at the right time. In order to further enhance the overall appearance of the community and create a clean and pleasant living environment, the Party Committee of Xinhuayuan Community firmly seized the golden opportunity of spring greening and replanting, and actively participated in the spring maintenance work of Jinzeyuan Community in conjunction with the property of the community, and strived to improve the "appearance" of community greening.
The community staff and the community property work together to create a beautiful community. They went deep into the community, carefully surveyed every place that needed to be replanted, carefully selected suitable green plant varieties, and planted each seedling with care. With their sweat and hard work, they have added a touch of new green to the community, and through this spring conservation action, they not only make the environment of the community more beautiful, but also further enhance the residents' sense of belonging and identity to the community.
