At about 17 o'clock on March 15, 2024, a forest fire broke out in Baizi Village, Yala Town, Yajiang County, Ganzi Prefecture, and on the afternoon of March 16, a strong wind broke out, and the fire spread rapidly by the wind, forming multiple fire fields, which temporarily affected the hearts of the people of the whole country. The fire is an order, and the youth league members of the Ganzi Prefecture Forest Fire Protection Detachment stepped forward and charged forward, interpreting the fearless responsibility with the figure of "retrograde", showing the actions of the young force and the commando, and contributing the positive energy of youth to resolutely win the fire extinguishing war.
Tashi Qupi, who is 96 years old, has been in the team for 5 years and has participated in 15 firefighting operations and the "9.5" Luding earthquake earthquake relief. This firefighting operation was also the largest forest fire he encountered. On the 8th day of extinguishing the fire, a place that had been extinguished was burned again by the wind, and the standing trees were in critical condition. After more than three hours of treatment, Tashi Qupi and three other teammates took the initiative to ask Ying to deal with it, and they buried it with soil and water, and after more than three hours of treatment, they cleaned up five dangerous stations to prevent the fire from rekindling.
'Everyone was fighting, there was no extra strength, we had to step up and not let the efforts of our team-mates in front of us go to waste. In that fire, Tashi Qupi's Yajiang Brigade was the first team to fight and the last to evacuate the fire, and they fought for 15 days.

In recent years, the Ganzi Detachment of the Sichuan Forest Fire Brigade will send firefighters to be stationed in the front of the Emei Mountain Scenic Area every year, so as to achieve the maximum force and do a good job in forest fire prevention. This year is the 16th year that He Yong has joined the team, and as the assistant to the captain of the fourth squadron of the Daofu Brigade of the Ganzi Detachment, he always takes the initiative to ask for help and sticks to the front line of fire prevention.

On May 3, Li Gang, a firefighter from the Fifth Squadron of the Township and City Brigade, who was conducting fire prevention inspections in Zheduotang, Kangding City, and relevant personnel of Sichuan Road and Bridge Group found another fire hazard. It turned out that a tree near the construction site was close to the power line, and the slightest carelessness could cause a forest fire.
Beginning in December last year, according to the forest fire prevention situation in Ganzi Prefecture, the Ganzi detachment dispatched 45 commanders and fighters of the township brigade to Kangding City for pre-duty during the fire prevention period, so that 100 people of the detachment in Kangding City could quickly respond to all kinds of natural disasters in the garrison and the province at any time.
It takes eight and a half hours to travel from Xiangcheng County to Zheduotang in Kangding City, and the No. 5 Squadron of the Xiangcheng Brigade to which Li Gang belongs also changed guards with the No. 6 Squadron before the holiday, and they will continue to be on duty in front of Kangding City.
"Many construction projects involve deep mountain forest areas, coupled with the gradual warming of the weather temperature, the probability of illegal fire and electrical overload in the construction will increase, once the forest fire occurs, it will bring immeasurable losses to forest resources.
