Oolong tea needs to be brewed with boiling water. The main point of brewing strip-shaped single bush tea and rock tea is to brew and blow out, and then speed up the soup after the tea leaves are stretched.

Black tea - don't brew with a sour and astringent taste

Black tea is a whole fermented tea, should not be soaked, as soon as possible after pouring water, you will get a cup of sweet and refreshing black tea, do not leave water and tea contact for too long.
