Liu Zhijian was born in 2001, and after graduating from the Zhejiang Police Academy last year, he came to work at the Camel Police Station of the Zhenhai District Bureau of the Ningbo Municipal Public Security Bureau.

The case occurred on the evening of April 28, and a member of the public in the jurisdiction suffered from investment and financial fraud and suffered serious losses. That day, he was sleeping in the dormitory of the unit, when he was suddenly called up by a colleague and rushed to the relevant police station overnight to understand the situation.
