She was born in a scholarly family, and her father Xue Yun was a high-ranking official in the capital, rich in knowledge, regarded his daughter as the pearl of his palm, and trained her to read and write poetry since she was a child. However, because Xue Yun was upright and outspoken, he angered the powerful and was demoted to Sichuan, and finally died of illness. In the difficult situation, Xue Tao relied on his beauty, musical talent and poetry attainments to devote himself to music at the age of 16. She had dealings with many literati and artists, especially with two poets, Wei Gao and Yuan Zhen. These experiences have made her deeply appreciate the warmth and hypocrisy of the world.

During the relationship, Xue Tao created a peach-colored note to write poems, which was called "Xue Tao's note" in later generations. At the age of twenty, she looked down on the prosperity and hustle and bustle of the world, took off her music and lived in seclusion on the banks of Huanhua River in the western suburbs of Chengdu. She never married and died at the age of sixty-four. At a banquet, she met the talented Sima Xiangru and fell in love with him at first sight. Despite her family's opposition, she firmly chose to elope with Sima Xiangru. In order to make a living, she sold her jewelry and clothing, opened a liquor store, and stood in front of the mound to sell liquor.

Later, Sima Xiangru was appreciated by Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty with "Zixu Fu" and "Shanglin Fu" and was named Langguan. However, with the improvement of his status, Sima Xiangru began to take concubines and snubbed Zhuo Wenjun. Faced with this situation, Zhuo Wenjun wrote poems such as "Baitou Yin", "Grievance Poem", and "Farewell Book" to express his grievances and determination. Sima Xiangru was deeply ashamed after seeing it, and never mentioned the matter of concubines again. The two eventually grew old together and lived a life of seclusion in the mountains and forests. In Zhuo Wenjun's "White Head Yin", "I wish to have one heart, and the white head is not separated" has become a swan song for the ages.

Madame Blossom, during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period, many women were given this good name. Not only do they have peerless looks, but they are also talented and good at poetry. The name of Madame Blossom symbolizes the beauty of a woman, as delicate as a flower. "The flowers are not enough to imitate their color, and their appearance is poor" is a praise for their beauty. One of the Lady Stamen was the concubine of the Shu lord Meng Chang, and the people of Qingcheng were called "Lady Blossom" because of her beauty like a stamen.

Madame Hua Rui left more than 100 pieces of "Madame Hua Rui's Palace Ci", of which more than 90 are reliable, and these poems belong to the concubine of Meng Chang of Later Shu. She and Meng Chang used to be in love, but with the defeat of the Great Song Dynasty, Shu Mengchang died of a violent illness in Kaifeng, and Mrs. Hua Rui was accepted into the palace as a concubine by Zhao Kuangyin, Taizu of the Song Dynasty. She once wrote a poem and sighed: "The flag was erected on the king's city, and the concubine learned that in the deep palace, 140,000 people were disarmed, and none of them were men. There have always been different opinions about the cause of her death, some people believe that she was poisoned, and some people believe that she was shot to death by Zhao Guangyi with a bow and arrow.
