Abstract: In order to maximize the utilization of solar energy in the building, the CIGS cogeneration model was constructed by combining CIGS photovoltaic modules with heat pumps, and the system model was established, and the thermoelectric output characteristics were simulated and calculated. The calculation results show that the thermal efficiency and electrical efficiency of the system increase gradually with the increase of the inlet flow rate of the working fluid, and the power generation efficiency of the system decreases linearly with the increase of evaporation temperature, and the power generation efficiency can reach 16.88% when the working fluid temperature is 0°C. The research results can provide a reference for the joint operation of CIGS photovoltaic power generation system and heat pump system.

conclusion

1) With the decrease of cooling working fluid temperature, the power generation efficiency of CIGS photovoltaic panels increases linearly, and the power generation efficiency can reach 16.88% when the working fluid temperature is 0°C.

2) With the increase of the inlet flow rate of the working fluid and the length of the heat exchanger tube, the thermal and electrical efficiency of the system gradually increase;

3) When the evaporation temperature increases, the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic modules decreases, while the heat pump COP decreases with the increase of evaporation temperature, and the reduction rate of heat pump COP slows down when the evaporation temperature is 16°C.
