Jin Yan is the director of the No. 1 Tax Office (Tax Service Department) of the Beijing Dongcheng District Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation and has been engaged in tax work for 24 years. As the director of the first batch of excellent units for the construction of "Fengqiao-style" tax offices in the new era, she led the cadres of the firm to provide "full-service" tax services for 80,000 market entities and 704,000 citizens in the capital, more than 50 central units and central enterprise headquarters. The city took the lead in realizing the integrated handling of the "big window" of tax and fee business, issued a "one-time notification card" to implement the first-question responsibility system, opened a special window for tax reduction and fee reduction, created a special class for "interactive tax collection and payment" to serve taxpayers online, and set up a reform backbone team to "optimize and adjust the social insurance premium declaration and payment process" to implement the reform...... In April 2022, the District Taxation Bureau innovatively set up the "Jinyan Studio" to explore a new model of "Fengqiao-style" tax service. Starting from the "small incision" to explore rights and interests services, starting from the "handling of complaints" to explore "handling before litigation", through on-the-spot dispute resolution, "one-stop solution" for difficult tax-related businesses, and for large enterprises and special taxpayers to provide "one-to-one" customized services. The "masters" of the Wangfujing Pedestrian Street team walked 20,000 steps a day in the grid area, concretizing the grid so that "there is a net on the road, a grid in the net, and a person in the grid", realizing that the garbage does not fall to the ground and realizing the operation standard of "sitting on the ground". With the sun, moon and stars, the masters swept out a clean and tidy gold street with their hard hands, and welcomed the arrival of tourists from all over the world with a good tourism environment. In Dongcheng District, there are a total of 258 outdoor workers' warm heart stations, of which 13 have been rated as the most beautiful service sites in the country and 14 have been rated as the most beautiful service sites in Beijing. Over the years, these warm heart stations have provided outdoor workers with free drinking water, microwave ovens, love umbrellas, convenient medicine boxes, tire inflators and other convenient and intimate services, and have become a "happy harbor" for outdoor workers.
In the street outside Chongwenmen, there is such a warm-hearted station, as soon as the meal arrives, there is an endless stream of people, after eating, you can also visit the exhibition, shop and rest here...... This is the warm heart station of the party and mass service complex in Chongwenmenwai Street.

New World Department Store is located in the Chongwenmen business district of Dongcheng District, where there are many department stores and catering merchants, and in order to enhance the shopping and dining experience of customers, express delivery and takeaway services have been opened here one after another. Therefore, there will be more couriers and takeaways in the mall who pick up and pick up meals on a daily basis.
In order to better serve the newly employed workers, the supermarket service platform on the basement floor of New World Department Store has set up a warm heart station in 2022, equipped with water dispensers, microwave ovens, medical kits and other materials, and set up rest areas on other floors. Cheng Chunlin, chairman of the labor union of Beijing Yixi New World Department Store Co., Ltd., said: "The warm heart station will provide free hot water, but the courier brother generally does not come in to drink more water, for fear of delaying time." "Couriers need to be delivered door-to-door, in case the couriers come to the door, customers are easy to find no one when they come to the outdoor station. In the extreme weather of winter, the courier brother who works outdoors has great difficulty in sending and receiving couriers.
For this reason, Cheng Chunlin came up with the idea of opening a courier station in the mall. But where is the site more appropriate? It takes too much manpower to choose two places in a shopping mall or a supermarket, the passage in the jewelry area will occupy the fire escape, and the activity area on the fourth floor is difficult for customers to find...... After several investigations, the site was finally selected at the location of the steps of the jewelry section of the mall. Cheng Chunlin said: "This location has an overpass connecting the first and second phases of the mall, which is very convenient for customers and couriers to receive and send parcels. "In November last year, before the cold winter arrived, the express station was successfully moved from the outdoors to the warm shopping mall.
"After the site moved into the mall, I didn't have to freeze outside in the winter, and it snowed so much last winter that if I stayed outside, it would have been cold. Zhang Xiaochang, the stationmaster of SF Station, said that when summer comes, couriers don't have to worry about the heat.
Half a year has passed, and the courier Li Enjun's tanned skin looks a little whiter. "The most difficult thing to send express delivery outside in winter is to tear the tape, which is particularly difficult to tear in cold weather.
