Fuzhou Shouyi Cultural Tourism Investment Co., Ltd. was established in July 2020 and is a state-owned enterprise in Minhou County with a registered capital of one billion yuan. 01Basic conditions for recruitment

(1) Recruitment target: graduates with academic qualifications recognized by the state that meet the requirements of the recruitment position, and all kinds of in-service personnel who have resigned or transferred with the consent of the competent personnel department.

(2) Recruitment conditions: have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love socialism, abide by discipline and law, good conduct, physical and mental health, have the required conditions for recruitment, meet the physical conditions required by the post, age 18 years old and above, see the recruitment position table for details.

(3) Persons who have previously received criminal punishment for crimes and persons who have been dismissed from public office, judgment defaulters identified by the people's courts through judicial procedures, persons who have been found to have committed fraud or other serious violations of recruitment (recruitment) discipline in the recruitment examinations for civil servants at all levels, public institutions and state-owned enterprises, active military personnel, non-recent graduates who are currently studying, political quality, moral conduct, sense of social responsibility, Those who have a poor sense of serving the people and social credit, and who are not suitable to be hired as staff of state-owned enterprises, as well as those who are not allowed to be hired by law, must not apply.

(4) Other conditions

1. Age requirement: Under the age of 45 refers to those born between April 30, 1978 and April 29, 2006, and under the age of 40 refers to those born between April 30, 1983 and April 29, 2006.

2. Calculation of work experience: The number of years of effective work experience from the start time of work to April 30, 2024, and the internship or social practice experience during the school period are not regarded as the "relevant work experience" required by the position.

3. Serial number 7 and serial number 10 positions can accept fresh graduates (referring to 2024 graduates) to apply, fresh graduates must obtain graduation certificates and academic (degree) certificates before July 31, 2024, and graduation certificates and academic (degree) certificates required by other recruitment positions must be obtained before April 30, 2024. Applicants who have obtained overseas academic degree certificates should provide the academic degree certification issued by the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education, and the deadline for certification of the certificate is before the time of submitting resumes.

4. Qualification certificates such as professional titles and professional qualifications must be obtained before April 30, 2024. Note: According to the "Fujian Provincial Government Institutions and Institutions Recruitment Professional Guidance Catalogue (2024)" (Annex 2), the specific relevant professional regulations for each recruitment position are subject to the majors required in the recruitment demand table (if candidates have objections to the review results of professional qualifications during the application process, they can apply for review according to the guidance of the guidance catalogue before the specified time, and the consequences of overdue shall be borne by the candidates).

Recruitment Procedures

(1) Registration method and time

The registration for this exam will be carried out by online registration. Candidates can register directly through the open recruitment platform (http://ksbm.hxrc.com/index.aspx) of enterprises and institutions of China Straits Talent Network.

Fill in the registration information and submit a recent headless ID photo according to the relevant requirements. Candidates are advised to register as early as possible to avoid missing the opportunity to register for the exam due to network congestion or waiting for the review result. The registration information submitted by candidates shall be true and accurate, and those who provide false application information will be disqualified from applying for the examination or employment once it is verified. The following materials must be uploaded at the same time when registering:

1. Scanned copy of graduation certificate.

2. Electronic registration and filing form of academic certificates of the Ministry of Education (fresh graduates must provide the online verification report of the Ministry of Education). The results of the inquiry downloaded from the China Higher Education Student Information Network (Xuexin.com) (Appendix 3 "Letter of Commitment for Academic Qualifications" for academic certificates obtained before 2001; overseas academic qualifications must provide "Certificate of Foreign Academic Qualifications" and "Certificate of Academic Qualifications and Degrees of Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions" provided by the Center for Overseas Study of the Ministry of Education.

3. Second-generation ID card (the valid ID card used for registration and examination must be consistent);

4. If the relevant work experience is required, a scanned copy of the labor contract or work certificate (including clear position and work information, specific working hours and official seal/personnel seal) must be provided;

5. Scanned copies of professional title certificates and other relevant materials required by individual positions.

6. Registration time: April 30 to May 13, 2024 at 24 o'clock.

Candidates can only apply for one position based on their personal circumstances, and those who do not upload information or incomplete information before the registration deadline will be deemed to be unqualified.

(2) Qualification review

1. Preliminary examination of qualifications: After successful registration, candidates can log in to the above website after May 6, 2024 to check the results of the preliminary examination of qualifications, and the deadline for appeals is 17:00 on May 14, 2024.

2. On-site review: Candidates who have passed the resume review for positions 1-5 (middle-level management positions) and candidates who have been ranked 1 to 3 in the written examination for positions 6-16 (general employee positions) will enter the on-site review, mainly to review the original and copies of relevant application materials. Those who do not participate in the on-site review, give up or do not meet the qualifications during the on-site review, shall be deemed to have given up their qualifications, and the candidates will be notified to participate in the on-site review according to the results from high to low, and the candidates who have passed the on-site review will be included in the list of interviewers. 3. Printing of the admission ticket: Candidates who have passed the resume review of serial number 1-5 positions do not need to print the written examination admission ticket and wait for the on-site review notified by the recruiting unit; candidates for serial number 6-16 positions must pay attention to the relevant notices of the open recruitment platform of enterprises and institutions of China Straits Talent Network, and download and print their admission tickets online. Those who fail to print the admission ticket within the time limit or fail to provide a qualified photo in time and cannot download the admission ticket will not be allowed to take the examination.

4. The qualification review of applicants runs through the whole process of recruitment. Candidates are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the personal information, the contact information should be accurate and unobstructed, and the professional name should be completely consistent with the professional name on the graduation certificate.

(3) Examinations

1. The ratio of the number of people who meet the conditions for the examination and the number of people to be recruited for the post reaches 3:1 (including 3:1) before the examination can be opened, and if the written test and interview conditions are met, if the personnel participating in the written test and interview do not meet the requirements of the examination due to on-site absence, etc., it will not affect the normal conduct of the examination.

2. Serial number 6-16 post written test rules. The full score of the written test is 100 points, and the passing line of the written test score is 60 points, and candidates with a score of less than 60 will not be allowed to enter the next link. Among the qualified personnel in the written examination, the scores are sorted from high to low, and the interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of no more than 3:1.

3. The time, place and precautions of the written test can be found in the written test admission ticket.

4. Interview. For positions No. 1-5, on the day of the interview, the ability and quality assessment and occupational psychological risk assessment will be conducted first (the results of the occupational psychological risk assessment are only for the reference of the recruiting unit and will not be included in the candidate's comprehensive score), and then participate in the interview. Serial number 6-16 positions, according to the written test results ranked to participate in the interview. The time, place and arrangements of the assessment and interview will be notified separately by email or SMS. Candidates who fail to participate in the assessment and interview within the time limit will be deemed to have automatically given up their interview qualifications.

(1) The full score of the interview score is 100 points, and the passing line of the interview score is 60 points, and candidates with less than 60 points will not be allowed to enter the next link;

(2) If the actual number of participants in the interview for each position is equal to the job recruitment plan and cannot form competition, the candidate's score shall be calculated separately, and the interview score shall reach more than 75 points before entering the physical examination and inspection;

(3) Interview format: semi-structured interviews are used for all positions;

(4) Comprehensive scores:

Serial No. 1-5 positions (middle-level management positions): 30% of the weight of the ability and quality assessment and 70% of the weight of the interview score, and the comprehensive score is calculated together. When the comprehensive scores are the same, the ranking will be solved by the following methods: if the comprehensive scores of more than 2 applicants are the same, they will be ranked according to the interview scores, and if the interview scores are the same, the interview will be re-examined.

Serial No. 6-16 positions (general employee positions): according to the written test score accounts for 50% of the weight, the interview score accounts for 50% of the weight, the sum of the comprehensive score, when the comprehensive score is the same, the ranking is solved by the following methods: if more than 2 applicants have the same comprehensive score, according to the interview score; if the interview score is the same, then the interview test.

5. Please pay attention to the Straits Talent Network for the notification and time arrangement of specific matters such as written examinations, assessments, and interviews, as well as the candidates' results and the list of candidates who have entered the interview, and pay attention to the notification by telephone, text message, etc. If the candidate misses the written test, assessment or interview due to failure to pay attention to the notification information in time, the responsibility shall be borne by the candidate.

6. In each link of the recruitment process, if the candidate gives up or is disqualified, within the specified time limit, from the qualified candidates in the previous link, from the high score to the low score, the written test score of the replacement candidate shall not be less than 60 points.

04Physical examination, assessment and recruitment

(1) According to the comprehensive results from high to low, according to the post ratio of 1:1 to determine the candidates for assessment and physical examination.

(2) The assessment work shall be organized and carried out by the recruiting unit.

(3) The physical examination standards and items shall be implemented with reference to the physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment. Candidates who falsify or conceal the true situation in the physical examination will not be hired or cancelled, and the candidates shall bear the cost of the physical examination.

(4) In addition to the physical examination, the participants will also conduct personal background investigations. If it is found that an individual has concealed major personal violations of laws and regulations or has serious personal credit problems during the background investigation, the recruiting unit has the right to cancel the employment qualification.

(5) After the candidate completes all the physical examinations and assessments and enters the applied position, the enterprise to which the position belongs will be responsible for signing a labor contract with him. Fresh graduates sign labor contracts with enterprises after obtaining graduation certificates and academic (degree) certificates, and the recruiting unit has the right to cancel the employment qualifications of candidates who cannot obtain certificates before July 31, 2024.

(6) The validity period of this recruitment result will be retained until December 31, 2024. If the candidate resigns before December 31, 2024 after joining the company, the recruiting unit can make up for the candidate according to the actual needs according to the total score from high to low, and the total score of the replacement candidate shall not be less than 60 points.

05 Other matters

(1) The entire recruitment work should adhere to the principle of "openness, equality, competition, and merit-based selection" and accept the supervision of relevant departments and society.

(2) Candidates should ensure that all contact information filled in is accurate, keep their mobile phones unblocked during the recruitment period, and recruitment-related notices will be notified by SMS (pay attention to whether SMS will be intercepted) and email. Those who are unable to contact themselves due to poor communication will be deemed to have given up automatically.
