The word "coa" in Château Royale is quite mythical. Legend has it that in ancient times, Shennong had been poisoned many times when he tasted herbs, and the Jade Emperor sent two fairies under his seat, "Xuan" and "Kou", to assist Shennong, and gave them a kind of fairy grass, according to legend, the fairy grass of Xuannong can save the dead and bring the dead back to life, and the fairy grass of Kou can distinguish the five grains and help the people cultivate crops according to the season. In order to commemorate the two fairies, the descendants named the fairy grass they brought "Huangqiao" and "Huangkou".

At first, Château Royale planted the preferred grape variety, Petit Verdot, but the workers planted it by mistake. At that time, the winery knew very little about the Petit Manseng variety, and because of the short frost-free period of Petit Manseng, it was possible that it would not ripen and the risk of planting was greater. However, in view of the fact that most of the wine grapes currently cultivated in the mainland are limited to mainstream grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, Winery Royal Colone, which has always focused on the research and development of rare varieties, resolutely chose to try. In the end, the 2018 Little Mansson Sweet White of the Royal Colony Winery returned with a big gold medal, proving that the winery's choice at that time was extremely correct.
