According to AS Roma Sport, at least four players will leave Juventus this summer, with the club looking to significantly reduce their wage counts.

With the collective resignation of André Agnelli and his board in November 2022, the club's finances are in a delicate situation. After last season's chaos, the Bianconeri have moved in a more sustainable direction.

Under the guidance of sporting director Giuntoli, Juve have invested little in the last two transfer windows, but are expected to tweak their squad this summer with plans to get some reinforcements when they return to Champions League action.

According to AS Roma Sport, four Juventus players are confirmed to leave this summer in order to lower the club's wage bill. Juve's current annual wage totalling €126 million is expected to be reduced by 30 million to 35 million.

The first to leave was midfielder Paul Pogba, who has not played since September after a four-year ban. His "exit" could save the club €8 million, despite the fact that he has been on minimum wage since the suspension.

Also set to leave this summer are Milik (€3.5 million), Alex Sandro (€6 million) and Rugani (€3.5 million).

According to Torino Sport, Juventus have set their sights on Wolfsburg defender Maxence Lacroix in order to prevent Brazilian defender Bremer from being poached for a high price this summer.

Since joining from Torino in the summer of 2022, Bremer has been a fixture in the Bianconeri backline. However, the Brazilian defender's performances have attracted the attention of Europe's top giants, chief among them Manchester United, who could spend around €60 million to sign.

If Bremer leaves, there will be a big gap in Juve's defence, and a new defender will need to be brought in. While Calafioli is already Juve's top target, management see him as a replacement for left-footed defender Sandro.

As a result, Juve will need to bring in another defender to fill the void caused by the possible departure of Bremer. According to Torino Sport, in this case, Juve's goal is to sign Lacroix.

The 24-year-old French defender came through the Sochaux academy and has been with Wolfsburg since 2020. However, Lacroix's contract with Wolfsburg expires in 2025, so he could leave on a lower price this summer.

Lacroix is a right-footed defender who can bring impressive physicality to the backline. In other words, he and Bremer have more similar characteristics. This season, Lacroix has made 25 appearances in the Bundesliga, contributing four goals and one assist.

Lacroix needed his own defensive moves, though, and has been sent off three times this season, two of which have resulted in straight red cards.

According to Torino Sport, Juventus are interested in bringing in Sassuolo's young midfielder Luka Lipani, who is seen as one of Italy's most promising young players.

The Bianconeri were already trying to bring in the young midfielder last summer, when he was still playing for Genoa. But in the end, Sassuolo spent 3 million euros to sign Lipani, who signed a contract until June 2028.

However, Sassuolo are currently mired in relegation and are increasingly likely to fall into Serie B this season. The Nerazzurri are 19th in the Serie A table and relegation is not in a good position, especially after the 5-1 defeat to Fiorentina.

In this case, Sassuolo will have to give up some of their most prized players this summer. Therefore, according to Torino Sport, Juventus will take advantage of the current favorable situation to attract 18-year-old Lipani to Turin City.

This season, Lipani has made five appearances in Serie A and two in the Coppa Italia. He has played for Sassuolo Under-19s more often and made 11 appearances in the Youth League.

The defensive midfielder is also a regular in Italy's youth teams at all levels and currently competes for the Azzurri's Under-20s and Under-19s.

If he joins Juventus, Lipani, who was born in Genoa, may train in Juventus first.
