The District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau was invited to conduct an in-depth interpretation of the enterprise assistance policy around the two aspects of enterprise vocational skill level identification and business guidance, and directly hit the needs of enterprises through the form of "centralized propaganda + precise service", pay close attention to the growth of skilled talents, and help enterprises open up skill level training channels.
In the interactive guidance session, the representatives of the enterprise will give feedback on specific problems and consult suggestions according to the actual operation. The District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau put forward optimization suggestions and specific measures one-on-one to promote the participants to fully and accurately grasp the policies and regulations and achieve positive interaction.
In order to further play the role of enterprises in cultivating skilled talents, in recent years, Shishan Hengtang Street has accelerated the improvement of the internal evaluation mechanism of enterprises, given enterprises greater autonomy, guided enterprises to carry out independent evaluation of enterprises in combination with their own needs and actual conditions, cultivated and selected high-skilled talents with potential and ability, supplemented the talent echelon of enterprises, served the technological innovation of enterprises, boosted industrial transformation and upgrading, and injected new momentum into the development of the jurisdiction. In 2023, 1,576 new high-skilled talents will be added to Hengtang Street, Shishan, and the number of high-skilled registered enterprises will increase to 32.

At the event, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau was invited to conduct a comprehensive interpretation of the 10 incentive policies for "enterprises with harmonious labor relations" at or above the district level. Through the promotion of incentive policies, we will continuously improve the attractiveness of activities to create harmonious labor relations, enhance the sense of gain and satisfaction of enterprises, and build a new situation of sustainable and healthy development of harmonious labor relations in the new era.
At present, relying on a one-stop comprehensive labor security service platform integrating labor relations coordination and legal consultation, Shishan Hengtang Street continues to amplify the service guarantee effect, improve the awareness and ability of enterprises to standardize employment and workers to protect their legitimate rights and interests, establish a new benchmark for harmonious labor relations, and create a good employment environment for the cultivation of high-skilled talents in the jurisdiction. In 2022, 143 district-level enterprises with harmonious labor relations will be cultivated, of which 11 will be shortlisted in the top 30 in the region and won the title of "advanced enterprise".

The existing training space of the base is about 1,555 square meters, and a total of advanced training equipment worth more than 10 million yuan has been invested, mainly equipped with modern training rooms such as composite AGV, multi-axis advanced control system solution equipment, AI vision, multi-station turntable equipment, servo press equipment, etc., to simulate the working environment in all aspects and help students better grasp the knowledge points required for practical work. ”
Suzhou Qinmeida Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., as a district-level public training base for high-skilled talents, actively plays the role of a training carrier for high-skilled talents, and carries out training and teaching of electrical foundation, industrial robots, CNC machining and other related skills to core technical personnel in the manufacturing field around the training of skilled talents and the needs of industrial development, covering new employee training, student internship training, skills competition and skill level identification. Up to now, Qinmeida Precision Manufacturing Public Training Base has recognized 12 batches of vocational skills and apprenticeships, and trained 2 technicians, 364 senior workers and 245 intermediate workers.
Shishan Hengtang Sub-district gives full play to the demonstration and radiation leading role of high-skilled talent carriers, continuously strengthens the construction of cultivation carriers, broadens the training channels of skilled talents, and continuously improves the cultivation carriers of skilled talents covering key enterprises and characteristic industries. At present, a total of 1 provincial-level high-skilled talent carrier, 8 municipal-level high-skilled talent carrier projects, and 11 district-level high-skilled talent carriers have been built.
