Suzhou Qinmeida Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., as a district-level public training base for high-skilled talents, actively plays the role of a training carrier for high-skilled talents, and carries out training and teaching of electrical foundation, industrial robots, CNC machining and other related skills to core technical personnel in the manufacturing field around the training of skilled talents and the needs of industrial development, covering new employee training, student internship training, skills competition and skill level identification. Up to now, Qinmeida Precision Manufacturing Public Training Base has recognized 12 batches of vocational skills and apprenticeships, and trained 2 technicians, 364 senior workers and 245 intermediate workers.

Shishan Hengtang Sub-district gives full play to the demonstration and radiation leading role of high-skilled talent carriers, continuously strengthens the construction of cultivation carriers, broadens the training channels of skilled talents, and continuously improves the cultivation carriers of skilled talents covering key enterprises and characteristic industries. At present, a total of 1 provincial-level high-skilled talent carrier, 8 municipal-level high-skilled talent carrier projects, and 11 district-level high-skilled talent carriers have been built.
