The "May Day" holiday is approaching, in order to further standardize the market price order and create a good holiday consumption environment, the Tancheng County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau issued a market price reminder warning to all operators and relevant units in the county during the "May Day" period. First, all business operators and relevant units should strictly abide by the price law, clearly marked prices, and the prohibition of price fraud, and other price laws and regulations, earnestly strengthen price self-discipline, follow the principles of openness, fairness, honesty and credibility, operate in strict accordance with the law, operate in good faith, and consciously maintain market price order. Second, all operators and relevant units should conscientiously implement the relevant provisions on clear pricing. The price should be true and accurate, the label should be in place, the logo should be eye-catching, and the price change should be adjusted in time. It is not allowed to sell goods or provide services at a price other than the marked price, and it is not allowed to charge any fees that are not indicated. Third, all large-scale wholesale markets, chain supermarkets, fresh supermarkets, etc., must ensure that rice, flour, oil, fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs and milk, and holiday specialty foods must not collude to raise prices, fabricate or disseminate information on price increases, raise prices, and disrupt market order. Operators of important livelihood commodities such as grain, oil, meat, eggs, vegetables, and milk should actively fulfill their social responsibilities and ensure the basic stability of commodity supply and prices. Fourth, the operators of shopping malls, supermarkets, online trading platforms and other trading venue providers shall strengthen the regulation and guidance of operators in the venues (platforms), carry out promotional activities in accordance with the law, and shall not use deceptive or misleading language, words, numbers, pictures or videos to indicate prices; shall not sell goods or provide services through false discounts, price reductions or price comparisons; Where the quantity or value of the gift is indicated, the current sales price of the gift in the same business premises shall be indicated. Fifth, operators of scenic spots, hotels, homestays, restaurants and other industries must strictly abide by the price policies and regulations issued by the state. Those who implement the government's guidance price must strictly implement the ticket price and preferential policies, and do a good job of publicizing the price and charges in a conspicuous position, and it is strictly forbidden to increase the ticket price in disguised form through various illegal forms; Catering operators shall uniformly mark the prices of dishes of the same type and specification on their menus, price tags, or other ordering tools in the store, and there shall be no vague pricing such as "seasonal prices". 6. All industry associations or other units shall not organize business operators to collude to raise prices or manipulate market prices. It is necessary to actively guide business operators to operate legally and jointly safeguard the order of market prices. From the date of issuance of this reminder and warning, all business operators and relevant units shall immediately carry out self-examination and self-correction, and effectively regulate their own price behavior. The market supervision departments at all levels in the city will intensify the supervision and control of prices in the festival market, and will investigate and deal with price violations that are still not rectified after being reminded and admonished in accordance with laws and regulations; and will publicly expose cases of bad nature and greater social impact in the news media.
