Located in Anyue County, Ziyang City, Sichuan Province, the Chengdu-Chongqing Middle Line High-speed Railway Anyue Plate Making Factory covers an area of 144 acres, and undertakes the prefabrication task of about 35,976 CRTSIII. pre-tensioned prestressed concrete track slabs in front of the 6~9 bids of the Sichuan section of the Chengdu-Chongqing Middle Line.
The board factory has introduced advanced and mature production equipment, increased the research and development of automation and intelligent equipment, developed and applied the information management platform for track slab production, and built a first-class track slab prefabrication plant in China.
CRTSIII. ballastless track slab
CRTSIII. ballastless track slab is another ballastless track product different from double-block sleepers, which is used in the construction of ballastless track of Chengdu-Chongqing Middle Line high-speed railway.
The product is made of C60 high-performance concrete, with beautiful appearance and good structural performance, which is independently developed by the mainland and has complete intellectual property rights. The first batch of track slabs poured this time is 5.6 meters long, 2.5 meters wide, 0.2 meters thick, and weighs about 7.5 tons.
Advanced production technology improves quality and efficiency
The construction unit uses a variety of technical means such as the Internet of Things, wireless signal transmission and digital twin to introduce and develop a number of automated and intelligent production equipment to realize the reduction, visualization, intelligence and informatization of material management, production management, progress management, quality management and safety management, and ensure that the construction process management and product quality of the track slab are fully controllable.
Compared with the traditional track slab production process, this production method can save about 30% of personnel input and increase production efficiency by 20%.
