To the departments in charge of natural resources and data directly under the Central Government, the Bureau of Natural Resources and the Data Bureau of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, the relevant units directly under the China Geological Survey and the Ministry of Natural Resources, and relevant dispatched agencies: In order to actively cultivate multiple types of real-life 3D application scenarios in China, accelerate the construction of real-life 3D China's application ecology, effectively give full play to the guarantee efficiency of surveying and mapping geographic information data elements, and serve the high-quality development of the economy and society, the collection of typical cases of high-quality development and innovative application of real-life 3D data empowerment has been carried out nationwide. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows. 1. Work Theme Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we will fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, accelerate the construction of real-life 3D China, and develop the application scenarios of real-life 3D data in the fields of digital government, digital economy, digital culture, digital society, and digital ecological civilization, especially in natural resource management, so as to provide a unified spatio-temporal basis for digital China, give full play to the value of spatio-temporal information and data elements, comprehensively and effectively support high-quality development, and help Chinese-style modernization. 2. Objects and scope of collection (1) Objects of collection Nationwide collection. Provincial-level departments in charge of natural resources (Shaanxi, Heilongjiang, Sichuan, and Hainan bureaus of surveying, mapping and geographic information and the competent departments of natural resources of their provinces cooperate with each other) in conjunction with provincial-level data departments are responsible for organizing the recommendation of typical cases in their respective provinces, and the relevant units directly under the China Geological Survey and the Ministry of Natural Resources may directly recommend typical cases of their own units (the above units are referred to as "recommended units"). (2) Scope of solicitation In terms of application scenarios, it focuses on supporting natural resource management, empowering government decision-making, helping the development of the digital economy, serving the people's better life, serving the construction of digital culture, and supporting digital ecological civilization; 3. Timeline (1) From April to May 2024, typical cases are recommended. (2) From May to June 2024, selection of typical cases. (3) At the end of June 2024, typical cases will be released. (4) Publicity and promotion throughout the process. 4. Solicitation requirements (1) The case comes from reality, has strong typicality, demonstration and practicability, and has been applied in actual production, life and management, solved outstanding problems, and achieved remarkable results. (2) The case is accurate, logical, illustrated and illustrated, and highlights should be highlighted. (3) All submitted materials shall be truthful, lawful, non-confidential, and public, suitable for public publicity and dissemination, and shall not contain state secrets, work secrets, and internal sensitive information, as well as commercial secrets and personal information. (4) Each recommending unit recommends cases as required, in principle, no more than 2 cases per application scenario, and the total number of cases does not exceed 6, and check the quality of the case and whether it is suitable for public release, and submit the following materials as required: 1. Written materials. The applicant shall fill in the "Application Form for Typical Cases of High-quality Development and Innovative Application Enabled by Real 3D Data" (see Annex 1) in combination with the actual situation, and the recommended unit shall fill in the "Summary Form of Typical Cases of High-quality Development and Innovative Application Enabled by Real 3D Data" (see Annex 2). 2. Multimedia materials. Each case can be equipped with 3-5 minutes of video (MP4 format) and 3-5 representative pictures (JPG format), focusing on the construction content, application effectiveness and innovation points of the case to explain and demonstrate, avoiding general function demonstration. 3. Other materials. Scanned copies of relevant supporting materials such as user application certificates, commendations and awards (PDF format) can be provided. V. Related Matters This case collection is sponsored by the Department of Land Surveying and Mapping of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Data Resources Department of the National Data Administration, undertaken by the National Basic Geographic Information Center and the Publicity and Education Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources, and the provincial-level departments in charge of natural resources and data are responsible for the relevant work in their respective provinces.
