Guo Jinbin pointed out that improving the service capacity of traditional Chinese medicine is not only an inevitable choice for us to cope with the growing health demand, but also an inherent requirement for the sustainable development of hospitals. In recent years, with the country's emphasis on grassroots Chinese medicine services, the public's demand for traditional Chinese medicine services has also increased, which has put forward higher requirements for the Chinese medicine literacy of medical personnel. Therefore, it is of great significance to improve the service capacity of Chinese medicine for encephalopathy in primary medical institutions to promote the development of primary medical and health undertakings.
Liu Yanqing pointed out that in recent years, the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government have attached great importance to the development of traditional Chinese medicine, and a series of landmark achievements have been made in the construction of a strong city of traditional Chinese medicine. In May last year, Changzhi City was identified as a demonstration pilot project for the inheritance, innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine established by the Ministry of Finance of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, opening a new chapter in the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine in our city.
