Unified notice of open recruitment qualification review
In accordance with the spirit of the "Measures for Public Recruitment of Personnel in Public Institutions in Jiangsu Province" (Su Banfa [2020] No. 9) and the relevant provisions of the "Announcement on the Unified Open Recruitment of Personnel in Public Institutions in Yancheng City in 2024" and the "Guidelines for the Qualification Review of Unified Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Yancheng City in 2024", the relevant matters related to the qualification review of our city are hereby notified as follows:
1. Qualification review object
According to the order of the written test results from high to low scores and the number of people to be hired for each recruitment position, the candidates for qualification review will be determined within the range of 1:3 among those who pass the written test (including those with the same score at the end), and those who are less than 1:3 will be determined according to the actual number of qualified people (the list is attached).
2. Time and place of qualification review
Time: May 7-8, 2024 (8:30-11:30 a.m.; 2:30-5:30 p.m.) The review period is divided according to the application position code as follows:

Location: 1st Floor, Chuangye Building, Dongtai High-tech Zone (Jiangsu Dongtai Human Resources Service Industrial Park, No. 9, Dongcheng Avenue, Dongtai City).
3. Materials to be provided for qualification review
During the qualification review, candidates need to provide the original and photocopy of the "Recruitment Announcement" and the relevant certificates (certificates) required by the position to be applied for:
1. Fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2024 must bring their ID cards, graduation certificates, degree certificates and certification materials of China Higher Education Student Information Network (online verification report of student status, electronic registration and filing form of academic certificates, certification report of degree and graduate education development center) and other relevant documents and materials. A copy of the Employment Agreement for Graduates of Ordinary Colleges and Universities;
2. Other personnel must bring their ID cards, graduation certificates, degree certificates and certification materials of China Higher Education Student Information Network (online verification report of student status, electronic registration and filing form of academic certificates, certification report of degree and graduate education development center) and other relevant documents and materials; or payroll slips, or working hours certificates, or industrial and commercial business licenses, or employment registration certificates and other materials (the above materials must be stamped with the official seal of the issuing unit);
3. For those studying abroad, they must also provide the academic certification certificate of the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education;
4. Those who have obtained a double bachelor's degree from a full-time university and apply for the second degree (full-time) must also provide relevant supporting materials for the major corresponding to the second degree (such as: the verification certificate obtained from the relevant certification website of the national education administrative department, the course establishment certificate and transcript issued by the graduation school with the seal of the academic affairs department, etc.);
5. Graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2022 and 2023 who apply for the examination as "2024 graduates" must also provide the "Graduate Employment Recommendation Form" issued by the graduation school (with the school's seal) and the "Employment Agreement for Ordinary College Graduates" (blank, if it is an online signing agreement, the school must issue a blank agreement certificate) (among them: if the registration deadline is newly employed, a copy of the "Graduate Employment Recommendation Form" and the signed "Employment Agreement for Ordinary College Graduates") and "2024 Graduates" Letter of Commitment of Identity (Attachment 2) and proof of the custody department of the archival relationship;
6. Personnel who apply for the service grassroots project as "2024 graduates" must also provide the "Volunteer Service Certificate" issued by the provincial or national project management office, the relevant certificate issued by the project management office of the county (city, district) within this period or the "Volunteer Service Appraisal" and the "2024 Graduates" Identity Commitment (Annex 2);
7. Overseas students who apply for the examination as "2024 graduates" must also provide the "2024 Graduates" Status Commitment Letter (Annex 2);
8. Retired soldiers who apply for the examination as "2024 graduates" must also provide their retirement certificates, relevant certificates from the competent departments for retirement resettlement at or above the county (district) level, and the "2024 Graduates" Identity Commitment (Annex 2);
9. Qualification certificates and other supporting materials required for the position (such as: professional and technical qualification certificates, vocational qualification certificates, examination certificates, party membership certificates, etc.).
4. Other precautions
1. If you have any objection to the result of the qualification review, you can make a statement and defense to the qualification review unit within 3 working days after receiving the notice of the review result, contact number: 0515-89561019.
2. Within the time specified in the qualification review notice, if the candidate does not participate in the qualification review without special circumstances, it will be deemed to have automatically given up the interview qualification. If you voluntarily give up your interview qualifications, please be sure to contact the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in advance for confirmation. 3. If the qualified review is unqualified, or there are candidates who give up the qualification review, if the number of people who have passed the review still reaches the specified proportion (that is, there are people with the same score), there is no need to refill; If the corresponding proportion is insufficient, and there are still those who have passed the written test, they will be supplemented to the corresponding proportion.
4. In principle, the applicant should submit relevant materials to participate in the qualification review. If I am unable to participate in the qualification review due to special circumstances, I shall fill in the power of attorney for the qualification review (Annex 4), and I may entrust another person to bring the original ID card of myself and the entrusted person and the relevant materials of the qualification review on behalf of the applicant.
5. Candidates are requested to pay attention to the information in the information disclosure column of the Dongtai Municipal People's Government and the WeChat public account of "Dongtai People's Society", and keep the communication tools unblocked.
6. Qualification review runs through the whole process of recruitment. In all aspects of recruitment, if it is found that the information filled in by the candidate when registering is false, does not meet the qualification conditions, or deceives the applicant to obtain the qualification for the examination, the qualification will be cancelled, and the corresponding responsibility will be investigated for serious circumstances.
