About the fourth batch of Poly Qilu Housing Housing
Announcement on vacating the housing selection work
On April 26, 2024, our bureau carried out the registration of the fourth batch of vacated housing projects of Poly Qilu Anju Housing, and as of April 27, a total of 210 people have completed the registration of the intention of the project (annex). According to the requirements of the "Notice on Carrying out the Normalization of Housing Declaration", Sanya Hejun Industrial Development Co., Ltd. is responsible for organizing the successful registration of families to participate in the selection of housing. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Room selection time
April 30, 2024, 19:00-20:00 p.m

Poly Qilu Marketing Center, Shangbaopo North Road, Tianya District, Sanya City
3. Room selection process
The selection of the house will take the way of drawing the order number of the room selection, the applicant with the ID card in the period of 19:00-19:30 to sign in, 19:30 to carry out the selection of the order number of the room selection work, after the end of the selection of the room according to the order number of the room selection. If the applicant is unable to attend and needs to entrust others to choose a room, he or she must go through the notarization and entrustment procedures in advance. Those who fail to sign in after the time limit will be ranked at the end of the sequence number and participate in the room selection in turn according to the arrival time.
4. Other matters
(1) After selecting the house, the applicant must sign the "Confirmation of Housing Selection" with Sanya Hejun Industrial Development Co., Ltd. before the end of the house selection. If the applicant gives up the house selection and purchase house due to personal reasons after signing the confirmation of house selection, he or she shall not apply for affordable housing in Sanya again within 5 years.
(2) After the successful selection of the house, it is strictly forbidden to change the room number, and the violator will be disqualified from purchasing the house.
