The Israeli authorities seem to be fearless, but they are already very nervous in their hearts, and it has been revealed that not only has the Prime Minister's Office "urgently discussed" the matter, but Netanyahu has also kept calling US President Biden, hoping that the US side will come forward to stop it.
The International Criminal Court, which has 124 permanent members, focuses on individual criminal responsibility for war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide, and Palestine, as a member, has jurisdiction to adjudicate issues relating to Palestine. Back in November, Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan said he was investigating possible war crimes in the West Bank, Gaza Strip and East Jerusalem.
