With the continuous advancement of digitalization, digital transformation has become the core competitiveness of enterprises to innovate and develop, improve quality and increase efficiency in the environment of rapid application of digital technologies such as big data, cloud computing, blockchain, and metaverse. Driven by technology empowerment, the financial industry is also writing a new chapter on the road of digital transformation, with the multiplication of information systems and the gradual increase of O&M risks. At the same time, the digitalization process is accelerating, innovating new forms of office, and the wave of "online" is unstoppable. Combined with the "14th Five-Year Plan" IT plan of the head office of the Postal Savings Bank, how to do a good job in digital transformation in the field of operation and maintenance to solve the pain points faced by IT operation and maintenance at this stage. To this end, how to break the traditional inefficient, extensive, scattered and manual offline operation and maintenance mode, realize the rapid transformation to an efficient, refined, centralized and intelligent online digital standard operation and maintenance mode, and ensure the stable operation of the information system has become the direction and topic of the Shanxi Branch of the Postal Savings Bank (hereinafter referred to as our bank) to study and explore the new operation and maintenance mode.

Planning and design of IT operation and maintenance system

O&M is the foundation for the safe and stable operation of the system, and stable operation is the guarantee for business continuity. In accordance with the idea of overall planning, step-by-step implementation, gradual improvement, and continuous optimization, from the five aspects of operation and maintenance team, operation and maintenance system, operation and maintenance process, operation and maintenance environment, and operation and maintenance mode, through the integration of operation and maintenance resources, unified operation and maintenance channels, standardized operation and maintenance processes, accumulation of operation and maintenance data, innovation of operation and maintenance mode, improvement of operation and maintenance efficiency, and the formation of a unified management, intensive and efficient digital standard operation and maintenance system.

The first is the professionalization of the team, which establishes a professional excellent team from the aspects of system, database, network, infrastructure, etc., strengthens professional learning, improves professional skills, accumulates professional experience, transforms knowledge training, and builds a professional operation and maintenance team. The second is the improvement of the system, through the gradual revision of the old system, the formulation of the new system, based on the system, so that the daily operation and maintenance is orderly, the job responsibilities are clear, the operation and maintenance actions are standardized, the operation and maintenance are standardized with the system terms, and the system terms are improved by the operation operation. The third is process standardization, by sorting out the operation and maintenance events, classifying the operation and maintenance events, and relying on the operation and maintenance system, sorting out the operation and maintenance process, managing the operation and maintenance events according to the process specifications, tracking the operation and maintenance process, precipitating the operation and maintenance data, and realizing the closed-loop management of the operation and maintenance process. Fourth, environmental standardization, by updating the equipment of the outlets, transforming the infrastructure of the outlets, realizing the unification of the equipment and infrastructure of the outlets, improving the basic operation and maintenance environment of the outlets, and reducing the complexity of the basic operation and maintenance of the outlets, so as to promote the improvement of the operation and maintenance efficiency of the outlets. Fifth, the mode is digital, through the construction of the operation and maintenance system, the innovation of the operation and maintenance mode, with the enterprise WeChat as the entrance, to create a new digital operation and maintenance model of "Internet + operation and maintenance", and change the traditional operation and maintenance mode of the inefficient operation and maintenance mode with scattered entrances, scattered data, and lack of control.

Practice of IT operation and maintenance system construction

According to the planning and design of the operation and maintenance system, in the construction stage of the IT operation and maintenance system, the construction practice is explored from two aspects: enhancing soft power and consolidating the hard foundation.

In terms of enhancing soft power, the Bank has mainly explored and practiced from three aspects: team members, system construction and process standardization, and has gradually built and strengthened a team, improved a set of systems, and sorted out a series of processes.

In terms of consolidating the hard foundation, exploration and practice are mainly carried out from two aspects.

First of all, optimize the infrastructure environment of outlets, transform the equipment room of the province's outlets, and carry out the transformation and implementation of three types of standards in accordance with the principle of classified transformation, batch implementation, and green environmental protection, and configure integrated cabinets between the equipment rooms of the outlets to solve the problems of old facilities, different standards and low maintenance efficiency between the equipment rooms of the outlets, and at the same time build the basic environmental monitoring system of the outlets to realize the unified and centralized monitoring data.

Secondly, the construction of the integrated operation and maintenance management system, starting from the actual operation and maintenance work of our bank, taking the ITIL operation and maintenance service system as the construction standard, with process management, dynamic management, horizontal and vertical two-way management, institutionalized management, file management, and mobile operation and maintenance as the goal, adopts the PDCA cycle method, and adopts the PDCA cycle method, in accordance with the overall plan, step-by-step implementation, inspection and optimization, Gradually and comprehensively research methods, according to the design ideas of different needs and different deployment plans, build a unique integrated operation and maintenance management system, improve operation and maintenance management capabilities, improve operation and maintenance work efficiency, and finally realize the institutionalization, process and systematic management of operation and maintenance work. Figure 1 shows the functional architecture of the integrated operation and maintenance management system of the Shanxi Branch of the Postal Savings Bank.

Relying on the microservice architecture model and in accordance with the technical concept of the O&M middle platform, we promote the combination of traditional O&M and Internet O&M, promote the evolution of the dual-channel O&M model, build a new O&M ecology, transform to digital O&M, improve the core competitiveness of O&M, open up the channels of O&M in the three aspects of resources, data, and functions, realize the scenario-based O&M function, the asset-based data sharing, and the precipitation of capability improvement, and gradually promote the continuous development of digital O&M and intelligent O&M. The basic platform mainly provides the basic supporting software of the platform; the middle platform message queue and data cache server mainly provide the message queue service and data cache service of the product, both of which involve the real-time call of the product; the middle platform database server mainly provides the storage and reading service of data, and the product will be called in real time. The technical architecture is shown in Figure 2.

Application Exploration & Value Analysis

The digital standard operation and maintenance system explores and builds from the two aspects of soft power and hard foundation, adopts scientific and reasonable operation and maintenance service system standards, builds synchronously from both soft and hard aspects, organically combines, relies on the digital model, and realizes the institutionalization, process and systematic management of operation and maintenance work in accordance with standardized actions.

Based on the actual situation of our bank, its application value is manifested in the following three aspects: dynamic IT asset management, real-time IT asset monitoring and dynamic fault reporting and maintenance mechanism, event processing process, automatic event triggering process, mobile operation and maintenance work, through WeCom, so that operation and maintenance personnel or business personnel can quickly enjoy operation and maintenance process services from the mobile terminal, and improve the efficiency and quality of operation and maintenance services through the "Internet + operation and maintenance" model.

Lookout

The construction of the digital standard O&M system is only the first step in the transformation of the digital O&M mode of the Bank, and we will continue to make efforts in digital O&M on the basis of the standard O&M system, explore and study the visualization of the O&M process, realize the real-time dynamic display of the O&M process, explore the automation of the O&M process, reduce the interference of human factors, and explore the linkage of research scenarios to achieve effective linkage of different O&M scenarios. Finally, through the continuous construction of the digital operation and maintenance system, the core competitiveness of operation and maintenance will be built in a digital way.
