As for those who bend, they should be stretched, those who stretch should be bent, those who are high should be low, those who are low should be high, those who are low should be returned to high, those who are on the side should be corrected, those who are positive should be returned to the side, and those who are slanted, wielding, and coming and going. Practicing the method by momentum, then yin and yang are intertwined, and it has its own handy skills. The source of its support qi is also, through the four ends, and the injection of qi is also. Expand and fill, and the momentum is all the same.

If the combination of rigidity and softness is appropriate, there will be no apologies and untruths, and astringency and stagnation will be unfavorable.

  (15) The three-pointed photo says that practicing qi is not moving. People know these three places, it is advisable to be solid and brave, and all of them are as solid as stones, so that they can not be afraid of conflicts between people, and do not worry about my invincibility. The famous generals of the past, the more fierce they fight, and the courage to increase a hundredfold, are all infinitely useful for this trick.
