Livestock and poultry manure is skillfully used, and compound fertilizer is applied all over the race. Handling and utilization of machinery and equipment. For farms, there are strict regulations for the handling of animal manure and it needs to be treated in a facility. Nanyang Xinjing Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. is a circular agricultural enterprise integrating pig breeding, grape planting, and vegetable production and sales. The company breeds more than 1,000 pigs and produces 300m³ of manure per day. In order to make better use of the manure, the company purchased two biogas tanks with a capacity of 800 m³ and 1,000 m³ respectively, with a daily biogas slurry processing capacity of 300 m³. They flush the manure produced by the pigs into the storage tank and pass it through a digestate pump, which is injected into the biogas tank. The biogas produced by the biogas tank is connected to the farmers in Gangnan Village for free use, and the biogas slurry is pumped into the irrigation canal at the edge of the field through the biogas residue pump and flows into the grape field and vegetable field, which not only makes use of waste pollution, but also saves costs, and the grapes and vegetables also meet the green production standards, killing three birds with one stone.
Cooked cow dung is used skillfully. Zhao Ming, a cattle farmer in Zhaogang Village, has built a farm for 100 cattle on abandoned wasteland, producing 28 m³ of manure per day. In accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Protection Law, they physically treated pollutants such as cow dung, mainly using the "sedimentation method" to remove pollution. They put the manure into a sedimentation tank, where the solids settle naturally to the bottom of the tank and then drain the clean water. The manure in the cleaning tank is piled up in the rotten field at the head of the field, covered with a film, and decomposed. After rotting, it becomes organic fertilizer, which is applied to the field, and the fertile field is ripe, and the crops grown are large, high yield, and rich in nutrients. The cattle farm gave these compost manure to the villagers free of charge, which greatly saved the investment cost of farming for the masses and won the unanimous praise of the villagers.
The "big three grids" deal with human feces and urine. In the improvement of the living environment, Shanggang Township has included the construction of water flushing toilets and the treatment of human feces and urine as the main contents, and requires 16 villages in the township to build "big three grids" pollution removal facilities. After returning to the village, they built a "big three grid" on the ditch where the sewage was concentrated, and the farmers changed to a "water flush" toilet to ensure the harmless discharge of sewage. Gangbei Village led the county and township technicians to the village to inspect the site selection and quickly set the location. The village found a skilled construction team and built three "big three grids" on the drainage ditch in the northeast corner of the village to concentrate on the disposal of more than 300 toilet sewage in the village. They diverted other sewage ditches to the large drainage ditch, buried the sewage pipes, let the sewage pass through these three facilities, and connected the water outlet to the pipeline of the county's second sewage treatment plant to carry out factory sewage treatment and form a closed loop of decontamination. Other villages have also taken active action to build "big three grids" to connect sewage pipes, discharge sewage, and irrigate farmland, solving the problems that have plagued the villages for many years, and the treatment of human feces and urine has entered a virtuous circle.
