According to Shangqiu Daily, on April 18, 2024, the 11th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Sixth People's Congress of Shangqiu City passed the decision to appoint: Comrade Li Ruopeng as the deputy mayor of Shangqiu Municipal People's Government.
According to the public resume, Li Ruopeng, female, Han nationality, born in December 1974, from Pingdingshan, Henan, is a doctoral candidate and a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Shangqiu Municipal Party Committee, deputy mayor of the municipal government, and deputy secretary of the party group.
In 2002, Li Ruopeng studied as a doctoral student in administration and management at the School of Government of Peking University (during which he served as the chairman of the 23rd Graduate Student Association of Peking University from 2002.09 to 2003.09; and the executive chairman of the All-China Student Federation of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League from 2002.09 to 2003.09). She has successively served as the deputy county magistrate of Anyang County, Henan Province, the director of the Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, the deputy secretary of the party group and the secretary of the party group of Anyang City, Henan Province, the member of the Standing Committee of the Anyang Municipal Party Committee of Henan Province, the secretary of the county party committee of Tangyin County, the secretary of the county party committee of Huaxian County, the deputy secretary and deputy secretary of the party group of the Communist Youth League of Henan Province (presiding over the work), and the member of the party group and deputy director of the Department of Commerce of Henan Province.
