It is worth mentioning that on the same day, the key points of the revision of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, which will come into force on July 1, 2024, were also interpreted, so that enterprises in the jurisdiction can better understand and grasp the key content of the amendment and its important impact on enterprises, prevent enterprise development risks, and ensure compliance and steady development of enterprises.
