According to the announcement, recently, the joint investigation team of the masses in the gas field in Chongqing released the results of the investigation on related issues, which Chongqing Gas Group fully accepted. Chongqing Gas Group deeply reflects and feels self-reproach for the problems pointed out by the joint investigation team in the investigation results, such as miscopying and illegal estimation, chaotic gas billing cycle, inadequate implementation of price policies, disorderly organization of meter replacement work, serious lack of work force, and inadequate internal supervision and management, and extends its most sincere apologies to customers and all walks of life.
Regarding the current progress of rectification, Chongqing Gas Group said:
The first is to deal with the problem of overcharging and overcharging gas fees that customers are most concerned about in a timely manner. Chongqing Gas Group has opened a fast channel for gas metering services, strengthened the overall planning and scheduling of internal personnel, smoothed customer consultation and complaint channels, and implemented closed-loop management of the whole process of acceptance, assignment, handling, gas fee refund, return visit, and customer satisfaction evaluation by increasing the number of hotline service personnel on duty 24 hours a day and setting up offline acceptance service points. As of 12 o'clock on April 26, a total of 22,696 customer gas metering and charging complaints have been accepted, of which 10,267 have eliminated customer doubts through communication and clarification, and 12,429 still need to be verified at home. At present, 11,444 door-to-door inspections have been completed, 8,420 readings have been verified with customers, and 666 have been verified as overcharging and overcharging gas fees. At the same time, data comparison, self-examination and self-correction were carried out in an all-round way, and 516 cases of overcharging and overcharging gas fees were found in self-detection. The above-mentioned overcharge of 1,182 gas charges, affecting 1218950 cubic meters of gas, involving an amount of 2,858,545.83 yuan, has been fully cleared and disposed of.
The second is to improve the openness, transparency and convenience of gas metering and charging. In view of the problem that the customer's current gas bill is not clear and opaque, Chongqing Gas Group has adjusted the gas bill template, added information such as gas address, meter reading start and end date, gas consumption days, stepped gas volume and remaining consumption, account funds, etc., and regularly and transparently pushed gas consumption, price, cost and other information to customers, so as to facilitate customers to grasp the changes in gas consumption in a timely manner. In response to the problem of chaotic gas billing cycle, Chongqing Gas Group is standardizing the gas meter reading billing cycle according to the actual situation of Chongqing's regional characteristics and customer habits, and strengthening the linkage with local streets and communities to effectively improve the meter reading rate at home. Chongqing Gas Group is increasing the promotion of the WeChat official account of the enterprise and the application of the customer-exclusive enterprise WeChat, providing customers with services such as self-reporting gas meter readings, querying historical gas consumption data and payment records.
The third is to strengthen the management of internal business services. Chongqing Gas Group is conducting a comprehensive diagnosis of internal operation management and customer service, focusing on key control links, responsibility implementation, assessment and evaluation, and supervision and accountability, etc., to optimize the process and improve the system. In view of the failure to implement the system and the weak sense of responsibility for the work that causes damage to the interests of customers, we will increase the intensity of accountability and strict and quick investigation and punishment.
