Ji Xiaoping, chief engineer of the Zhuohe Pavement Project Management Department of Gansu Road and Bridge, said that Gansu Road and Bridge undertook the construction of the Lintan to Cooperation section of Zhuohe Expressway, with a total length of 52 kilometers and a total project cost of 656 million. Up to now, all the preparatory work has been completed, the water-stabilized subbase has been paved for 5 kilometers, and the rest of the ancillary works are also progressing in an orderly manner.

The S60 (formerly S10) Zhuohe Expressway Project is the second important section of the Gansu Provincial Expressway network, and it is also a key construction project supporting the "county-to-county expressway" of Zhuoni and Lintan. The project route is 121.308 kilometers long, two-way four-lane, with a total budget investment of 16.934 billion yuan, and is implemented in two phases: the first phase of the project is the Yangyong-to-cooperation section, and the second phase of the project is the Qiming ditch mouth to Yangyong section of Sancha Township, Lintan County. Up to now, the first phase of the civil engineering of Zhuohe Expressway has completed a total investment of 5.79 billion yuan in construction and safety costs, 89% of the total amount of subgrade engineering, 95% of the total engineering volume of bridge engineering, and 95% of the total engineering volume of tunnel engineering. The relocation work of the second phase of the project has been basically completed, except for some areas in Lintan County.
