Thunderstorms and hailstorms are coming

On the evening of April 28, the reporter learned from the Guiyang Meteorological Observatory that the thunderstorm hail clouds located in Bijie City are moving from west to southeast, which will affect Guiyang Gui'an in the future.

According to monitoring, as of 20 o'clock today, the thunderstorm hail cloud mass mainly located in Qixingguan and Zhijin County, Bijie City, is moving from west to southeast, due to the confrontation with the east wind, the thunderstorm hail cloud is moving slowly, but the overall direction of moving to Guiyang City has not been changed.

Experts from the Guiyang Meteorological Observatory said that from the current direction of movement and geographical environment, if the energy of thunderstorms and hail clouds is replenished after passing through the Yachi River, Guiyang Gui'an does not rule out the possibility of thunderstorms, hail, strong winds, and short-term heavy precipitation again.

At 19:21 today, the Qingzhen Meteorological Observatory has issued a yellow warning signal for thunder and lightning, saying that thunder and lightning activities may occur in all towns and towns in Qingzhen in the next 6 hours, and thunderstorms may be accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, hail, strong winds and other strong convective weather. The Guiyang Meteorological Observatory will closely monitor weather changes, promptly issue and guide the relevant district (city, county) meteorological stations to issue corresponding early warning signals, and relevant departments and the general public should take the initiative to obtain early warning information on meteorological disaster weather in a timely manner, and take precautions against disaster weather in advance;
