Because the "hardware" of the community is not in place, "flying wire charging" and illegal charging occur from time to time.
"I often see residents on the third and fourth floors pulling wires out of their houses to charge their electric vehicles outdoors, which is very unsafe. We also panic all day long, and in case of a fire, it's not a trivial matter. Aunt Jiang, a resident of Haixi Community, told reporters that because there is no fixed parking space in the underground non-motorized garage, the contradiction of charging in the community is becoming increasingly prominent. In addition, it is inconvenient for the elderly to park that the slope of the underground non-motorized garage is very steep, and the uphill and downhill slopes of electric bicycles are very inconvenient, so most residents simply park their electric bicycles on the ground of the community, which also causes the clutter of the ground space. In order to fundamentally solve the problem of non-motorized vehicle charging and parking in the community, Nanfang Property and Haixi Residential Area have started the renovation of this underground non-motorized garage in the form of party building and joint construction.
On the morning of April 24, the promotion meeting of the renovation of the underground non-motorized garage at No. 9-12, Lane 101, Puyu East Road was successfully held. The District Housing Management Bureau, Bansongyuan Road Street, Nanfang Group and other relevant departments attended the meeting and put forward opinions and suggestions on improving the renovation plan.
On April 25, Nanfang Group Property Management Co., Ltd., together with the Haixi Neighborhood Committee and the Haixi Community Business Committee of Bansongyuan Road Street, carried out the garbage cleaning work of the underground non-motorized garage at No. 9-12, Lane 101, Puyu East Road. As the "troika" of community management in Haixi, garbage removal not only prepares for the upcoming renovation work, but also helps to further improve the overall environment of the community.
After the signing of the co-construction agreement, the renovation work of the garage will also start immediately. Yang Xilin, secretary of the Party branch and general manager of Nanfang Property, revealed that after the garage is renovated, it will be able to accommodate about 100 non-motorized vehicles, and the construction period will be about three months. At the same time, the garage's ramps, lighting, surveillance and fire protection facilities will be updated. Considering that the charging spaces of the underground non-motorized garage may not be able to meet the needs of residents, the follow-up property will also add charging cabinets in suitable outdoor locations in the community to supplement.
