Strengthen awareness of copyright protection
According to the sample of WeChat public account pictures published in the past, news pictures without indicating the source occupy a certain proportion, which seriously affects the authority of the company's documents. In the era of mobile Internet, the production of pictures tends to be socialized, and everyone can become a producer and supplier of news photos, but users' awareness of copyright is weak, and they often neglect to indicate the source of news photos. Get a picture license
Regarding the pictures in the WeChat official account tweets and short videos, regardless of whether the news pictures used are from the company's employees, other media and online web pages, the editorial staff needs to obtain image authorization. Out of respect for the right holder, we need to indicate the author and name of the image, and establish a copyright awareness to protect the rights and interests of the image owner. On the contrary, although it has been marked, it has not obtained the permission of the right holder, and it exceeds the special circumstances stipulated by law, which still constitutes infringement.

Choose a regular photo site
Before using an image, the source of the right should be clarified as much as possible, and if the image right holder is clear, the right holder should try to contact the right holder and obtain his authorization before use. Even if the copyright owner states that an image is "free to use", it does not mean that he has waived the copyright, and the use of the image should still be authorized. Therefore, you should pay attention to the risk of font infringement in pictures and charts, and refer to the following basic operation guidelines:
(1) Do not download the so-called free fonts at will. Use the computer system to view the font attributes, you can see the copyright information in the details, do not use the font downloaded for free on the network at will, pay attention to check it when using, the general font download site will also indicate when publishing free fonts: the font is collected on the Internet, if you need commercial use, please buy from the manufacturer, or contact the font design company or author directly.
(2) Be sure to inquire before commercial fonts. Use the computer system to check the font properties and identify the font copyright owner. Use third-party platforms such as "Font Network" (http://www.qiuziti.com/), "Fontke" (https://www.fontke.com/), "360 Font Search" (https://fonts.safe.360.cn/) and other third-party platforms to query font information, and the above websites can be queried by pictures or separate fonts. If an infringing font is used on the image, there is a risk of infringement in the whole picture, so it is recommended to update the font in the image in time.
