The eye of the needle refers to the boil on the edge of the eyelids, which resembles a wheat grain, red, swollen, itchy and painful, and is easy to become an eye disease with pus, also known as "soil chancre", "soil ulcer", and "stealing needles". It is equivalent to stye and blepharitis in Western medicine.
