The written test is subject to closed management throughout the whole process, and no papers can be submitted or left in advance during the examination. 3. Result inquiry: Candidates can check the original registration website through the admission ticket number. In the examinations of each link in this open recruitment (including written examinations, interviews, professional skills tests and other examinations), candidates whose written test scores are not less than 50% of the total score of the examination paper are qualified, otherwise they will be disqualified from entering the next stage of the procedure. The test results of each link are calculated, synthesized and published in the form of a 100-point system. (4) Qualification review: According to the candidates' written test results, from high scores to low scores, the candidates for the interview will be determined according to the proportion of 3 times the number of job recruitment plans. (5) Interview (professional skills test) The interview is organized and implemented by the Sihong County Education Bureau, with a total score of 100 points, and the interview is in the form of a performance class. The time and place of the interview will be notified separately (candidates are requested to pay attention to the announcement on the website of the People's Government of Sihong County). For positions that are not competitive, candidates must achieve an interview score of 60 (i.e. 60% of the total interview score) to pass. Candidates will be informed of the results of the interview on the spot. 29-35 positions must be tested for professional skills, the total score of the test is 100 points, and the test content is the professional skills related to the position. The time and place of the test will be notified separately (candidates are requested to pay attention to the announcement on the website of the People's Government of Sihong County). For positions that are not competitive, candidates with a professional skills test score of not less than 60% of the total score of the professional skills test are qualified, and the candidates will be notified of the professional skills test results on the spot. After the interview, the total score of the candidates will be calculated according to the proportion of 40% of the written test score and 60% of the interview score. For positions with professional skills tests, the total score of candidates will be calculated according to the proportion of 30% of the written test score, 30% of the interview score, and 40% of the professional skills test score. (6) The physical examination work shall be organized and implemented by the Sihong County Education Bureau, and the physical examination items and standards shall be implemented with reference to the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial). The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the candidate. Candidates for physical examination are determined. According to the total score of the candidates from high to low (the total score is the same, according to the interview score; if it is still the same, it will be determined by a separate examination), and the physical examination candidates will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 of the number of job recruitment plans, and the list of physical examination candidates will be published on the website of the Sihong County People's Government. (7) The inspection of qualified personnel shall be organized by the Sihong County Education Bureau, and the inspection shall be carried out with reference to the "Jiangsu Provincial Civil Servant Recruitment and Inspection Measures (Trial)", and the personal credit situation and illegal and criminal records of the subject shall be included in the scope of the inspection. (8) After the end of the open selection of physical examination and inspection, the public selection and determination of qualified personnel shall be carried out by the Sihong County Education Bureau. The selection work adheres to the principle of "openness, transparency and voluntariness", and the specific selection methods are as follows: (1) The selection of posts is open according to the ranking of candidates' total scores. That is, the first place will start the open selection, and after the first place selection is completed, the second place will be open to the selection of the remaining (n-1) positions, and the selection time of each candidate will not exceed 2 minutes, and so on. All parties (including discipline inspectors and candidates) fill in the "Job Selection Confirmation Form" on the spot and sign for confirmation. After the signature of the post selection is confirmed, no one is allowed to change it. (2) In the event of a tie in the total score ranking, the candidates will draw lots on the spot to determine the order of job selection, and then according to the order of lottery, according to the above methods. (3) All shortlisted candidates must complete the one-time selection on the same day, otherwise they will be deemed to have voluntarily given up their qualifications to enter the next link. (4) If the candidate gives up the post selection, the replacement personnel will be selected in the position to be selected according to their total score. (9) After the end of the publicity and employment record, the list of personnel to be hired shall be determined according to the results of the public selection and fixation, and shall be publicized on the website of the People's Government of Sihong County for 7 working days. The personnel to be hired must provide the original graduation certificates, degree certificates, teacher qualification certificates and other documents that meet the registration conditions before the expiration of the publicity period.
