The just-concluded Shanghai F1 Chinese Grand Prix has set off a racing boom. Behind the race was Songjiang Enterprise Yake Drainage Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ACO"), who assisted the management of the F1 Shanghai Circuit in the maintenance and repair of the circuit drainage ditch that had been installed for nearly 20 years.
Trackside drainage systems are an important part of track safety, and there is no shortage of history that has led to major safety incidents due to the quality or design flaws of the drainage ditches at track locations. Last November, the Ferrari car was badly damaged by running over a loose manhole cover. The first stop of this year's F1 race, Bahrain, was interrupted twice in the week before the test race due to drainage problems.
In 2005, Yake Drainage Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. provided drainage solutions for the newly built Shangshang Stadium. The finished resin concrete drainage ditches are located along the track and have withstood the test of wind and rain for 20 years and are still in operation today. Prior to the race, ACO assisted in the maintenance and repair of the track pavement drainage system to ensure that the drainage ditches met the strict requirements of the event organizers.
In this competition, the ACO drainage system once again faced the test of rainwater. The first day of the race was a rain battle, with a maximum drop of about 8 meters on the road surface and a maximum drop of about 12 meters on the top of the slope, with a maximum upward slope of 3% and a maximum downhill gradient of 8%, which was staged in 2009 and 2010. Behind the scenes of the passionate competition, the ACO drainage system has also withstood the rigors of the highest level of competition.
ACO's design philosophy of putting safety first and paying attention to every detail has been recognized by the FIA. With the continuous promotion of racing culture in China, in addition to Shanghai F1 International Circuit, Zhejiang Shaoxing International Circuit, Ningbo International Circuit, Zhengzhou International Circuit and many other racing circuits have adopted the drainage solutions provided by Yake.
In addition, Yake's products have also been used in many well-known buildings and projects, such as the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Tunnel, the Shenzhong Passage Tunnel, the Ningbo Yinzhou Avenue Viaduct, the grease separator of Shanghai Building, Xiong'an Service Center, Tencent Building, etc., the clean drainage floor drain used by Yili, Coca-Cola, Nestle and other food and beverage enterprises, as well as the water storage module of Apple's Ulanqab Data Center, Audi Electric Vehicle Factory, and Shanghai Dishui Lake Sponge.
