On April 28, the centralized commencement activities of Jiang'an District in the second quarter of 2024 were held at the site of the hospital and welfare institute facilities project in the K3 plot of Baibu Tingdan Shuipian.
A total of 11 major projects of more than 100 million yuan were started in this activity, with a total investment of 18.23 billion yuan. Among them, there are 7 modern service industry projects with a total investment of 17.43 billion yuan, 3 livelihood improvement projects with a total investment of 700 million yuan, and 1 infrastructure project with a total investment of 100 million yuan.
The hospital and welfare institute facilities project of Baibu Tingdan Shuipian K3 is located north of Baibuting Road and west of Jiefang Avenue in Jiang'an District. Xin Zhengwei, general manager of Wuhan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., introduced that Danshuipian Hospital and Welfare Institute is a medical and elderly care complex project, covering an area of about 14,500 square meters, with a total construction area of about 50,000 square meters, and plans to build a 9-storey hospital and welfare institute combination building, and the project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026. After the completion of the livelihood improvement project, it will greatly improve the life happiness index of residents in the Baibu Tingdanshui area.
The construction project of P(2023)096 plot in West Malaysia Area is located at the intersection of Jiefang Avenue and Taipei Road, Xima Street, Jiang'an District, with a total investment of about 8.5 billion yuan and a planned total land area of about 88,000 square meters, mainly including 9 high-rise residential buildings, 3 super high-rise residential buildings, a 13-storey office building, a 4-storey drainage pumping station compound office building and a pumping station storage tank, as well as a primary school and a kindergarten, which are planned to be completed by the end of 2026.
After the completion of the project, it will provide a number of high-quality residential buildings for Jiang'an District, and the completion of primary schools and kindergartens will further promote the high-quality development of education and the improvement of the city's image in Jiang'an District, bringing new opportunities for the development of Jiang'an District.
With a total investment of 7.685 billion yuan, the K13 plot project is located on the northwest side of the intersection of Sanyanqiao Road and planned Zhongyi South Road in Jiang'an District, covering an area of about 75,000 square meters, and plans to build new commercial, office, residential buildings and related supporting facilities. After the completion of the project, it will improve the urban image and urban functions of Huaqiao area.
In addition, the first and last station of the new commercial compound bus project located at the intersection of Erqi Heinihu Road and Erqi North Road in Jiang'an District, with a planned total land area of 5,837 square meters, plans to build an 11-storey commercial compound office building. After the completion of the project, it will help the extension and expansion of the functions of the Hankou Binjiang International Business District.
