The event was guided by the Dujiangyan Municipal Bureau of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the People's Government of Longchi Town, Dujiangyan City, hosted by the Management Office of Hongkou Scenic Area of Dujiangyan City, and undertaken by Chengdu Dujiangyan Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. and Dujiangyan Dacheng Tourism Development Co., Ltd., attracting nearly 300 enthusiastic participants from representatives of relevant industry authorities, guests from cultural and tourism enterprises, rafting enthusiasts and citizens and tourists.
