The second phase of the Zhujiang Street Resettlement Area project is located in the four and a half of Zhujiang Street, Nansha District, including 23 residential buildings (which can provide 2,828 resettlement houses), kindergartens and other supporting public buildings, supporting businesses, 2-storey underground parking lots, etc., and there are also community centers, residents' fitness venues, Starlight Homes for the Elderly and other service functional areas.

It is reported that the second phase of the Zhujiang Street resettlement area project adopts the concept of urban open community design, with the construction scale and house ratio of 4 plots, and the planning and layout are reasonable, and there are 6 types of residences designed in the plot, all of which are north-south transparent and double balcony design. There are 4 households on each floor, with good lighting and ventilation.
Xiaonan saw at the scene that the style of the four plots is unified, and the buildings surround the green public area of the community, with open building spacing and good vision. The design style is dominated by cool colors and Chinese-style decorations, but each has its own characteristics.
Xiao Nan walked into one of the plots and saw that the green public area of the community was arranged, which was arranged with a fitness equipment area and a children's play area, and a badminton area was also reserved to meet the different needs of residents. The entrance of each building is designed with a round arch, which makes the return home more "ceremonial".
According to the relevant person in charge, the residential buildings are all designed with double balconies, with a total of 4 households on each floor, so that the living experience is more comfortable; the outdoor adopts the design of concave green space and permeable pavement with infiltration function, which can regulate and store rainwater on the site, improve the greening rate, and can not only facilitate travel, but also create a natural environment based on green.
At the same time, the project achieves intensive and efficient through the concept of open public construction facilities, and promotes the interaction and communication of residents in different plots. The design continues the original customs, culture and lifestyle of the villagers, and retains the traditional memory and "nostalgia" for urban construction.
