On April 27, at the Dongfeng landing site located in the Ejina Banner of the Alxa League in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the Shenzhou-17 manned spacecraft search and rescue and recovery mission mobilization pledge meeting was held, sounding the charge for the decisive battle to win the Shenzhou-17 return search and rescue mission.
According to the plan, the Shenzhou-17 astronaut crew will return to the Dongfeng landing site on April 30 after completing the in-orbit rotation with the Shenzhou-18 astronaut crew. This is the sixth time that the Dongfeng landing site has carried out a manned spacecraft return search and astronaut rescue mission. On April 26, the Dongfeng landing site completed the last system-wide comprehensive exercise. At present, the search and rescue detachments and equipment are in good condition, and the personnel are ready, waiting for the safe return of the Shenzhou 17 crew.
