Mainland residents can apply for a business endorsement to Hong Kong and Macao at any exit and entry administration window of the public security organ across the country, and applicants for multiple business endorsements can use smart endorsement devices to submit applications to achieve "immediate advisability", and the period of stay of business endorsement holders to Hong Kong and Macao has been extended from 7 days to 14 days.

03 Expand the scope of implementation of the talent endorsement policy for Hong Kong and Macao

Expand the talent endorsement policy for Mainland residents to Hong Kong and Macao from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to Beijing and Shanghai. Six categories of talents, including outstanding talents, scientific research talents, cultural and educational talents, health talents, legal talents and management talents working in Beijing and Shanghai, can apply for a multiple-entry talent endorsement valid for 1 to 5 years, and stay in Hong Kong or Macao for no more than 30 days each time.

04 Extend the period of stay in Hong Kong and Macao for holders of business endorsements to Hong Kong and Macao

Second, the uploaded photo and handwritten signature of the certificate should meet the requirements. According to the relevant regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organization, the photo shall be a color photo taken by the applicant within six months, with a uniform white or light blue background, and the portrait features shall not be retouched, so as to avoid obstruction during entry and exit customs clearance. Applicants are advised to read the "Guidelines for Photographing Entry and Exit Documents" carefully before uploading the photo, or take a passport photo at a professional institution. With regard to handwritten signatures, the applicant should use a black signature pen to write horizontally on a white piece of paper in a standardized Chinese character, with each character of appropriate size and no more than half a word between them.

Third, during the application process, the system will push the progress of the application in real time, including modifying personal information and paying online.
