On April 16, at the Xiajin Public Security Checkpoint of Qingyin Expressway, the Fifth Brigade of the Dezhou Expressway Traffic Police found that 5 sheep of all sizes were "riding" in a sedan during a routine inspection of passing vehicles.
At about 10:30 that day, the police found that the trunk of a white car was open and slowly drove into the checkpoint.
When the police further inspected, they found that the trunk of the car was equipped with a large iron fence, which was closed with two sheep, one large and one small, and in the rear space of the car, there was a sheep standing on the seat and two sheep lying below.
Upon further inquiry, it was learned that the driver had bought a few sheep for his relatives in other places to be fed home, and in order to save trouble, he rashly transported them in his own car.
The police severely criticized and educated him, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of Articles 49 and 90 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, he imposed a fine of 200 yuan on the driver of the passenger car for illegal loading, and ordered him to contact the vehicle to transfer the lamb.
