On the morning of May 11, 1996, a murder occurred at the Qijiawan Street Market in Huangpi District, Wuhan City. But we did not let go of this suspicion, and went to his ancestral grave many times to find it. It was found that there was no inscription on him, so we confirmed that the man was still at large.
On April 6, clues came from the public security in Jizhong, Hebei Province. A man in Renqiu City is similar to the suspect Bi. The Huangpi police immediately dispatched a special police team to Hebei to investigate the suspicious man.
The reporter learned from Xu Xiangyu, a criminal investigation police officer of the Huangpi District Bureau of the Wuhan Municipal Public Security Bureau: The suspect claimed to be Lao Bi and never revealed his real name to the people around him. Although he speaks Mandarin, he can still hear the Huangpi accent from his accent.
On April 8, the police arrested Bi, and then his father was also arrested. After interrogation, Bi confessed to the crime of absconding with his father. According to Bi's confession, he and his father had a verbal altercation with the victim that year. In the process of pulling, the victim was hit on the head and stabbed in the chest and fell to the ground, and Bi's father and son fled in a hurry when they saw this.
Xu Xiangyu, a criminal investigation police officer of the Huangpi District Bureau of the Wuhan Municipal Public Security Bureau, said: At that time, they felt that the victim was seriously injured, and they fled to Henan overnight. After staying in Henan for a while, I heard from the people around me that there are farms in Hebei where you can farm. The suspect is not highly educated and has limited life skills. So I felt that farming on the farm was very suitable for me, so I ran from Henan to Hebei.
At present, Bi's father and son have been taken criminal coercive measures by the Huangpi police in accordance with the law.
