On April 26, nearly 100 students from the European Chinese Business School gathered in Rome to participate in a three-day course on "Management-based Human Resource Management", which was taught by Miao Zhaoguang, a doctor of management from Chinese University, a senior partner of Huaxia Cornerstone Management Consulting Group, and an independent director or perennial management consultant of many listed companies.

In this course, Professor Miao discussed the key role of human resource management in business operation in simple terms, emphasizing that employees are one of the most important assets of an enterprise, and reasonable human resource management can bring long-term competitive advantages to enterprises. Through case analysis and practical exercises, the trainees gained an in-depth understanding of the latest theories and practical experience of human resource management, and mastered a series of methods and skills to enhance employees' passion and work efficiency.

In addition to learning the course content, the participants also exchanged views on the challenges and successful experiences of their respective companies in human resource management through discussion and sharing of experiences, which provided valuable reference and inspiration for each other.

The representatives of the trainees who participated in this training said that through the study of this course, they not only expanded their understanding of human resource management, but more importantly, gained practical skills and strategies, which can help them better cope with various challenges in the development of enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and achieve sustainable development.
