The meeting respectively reviewed the construction project of the outpatient and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diagnosis and treatment center and tumor center of Yexian County People's Hospital, the Yexian Detention Center project, the construction detailed planning of the Dongcheng Jingyuan and Yexian Gardening Garden projects of Pingdingshan Yubang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and the regulatory detailed planning of the southwest and southeast corners of Yancheng Road and Renmin Road in the G-Gray River area.
Xu Yanjie pointed out that planning is the general outline of urban development, the blueprint for urban construction, and the basis for urban management. All units at all levels should earnestly improve their ideological understanding, give full play to the leading nature of the plan, resolutely maintain the authority of the plan, and ensure that the project is planned from a high starting point and designed at a high level. The project design unit should carefully sort out and summarize the opinions and suggestions of the planning committee meeting, optimize and refine the planning plan, and ensure that the project is completed and put into use on time and with quality.
Xu Yanjie emphasized that it is necessary to coordinate the preliminary planning of Yexian People's Hospital with the construction of the outpatient and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diagnosis and treatment center and tumor center of Yexian County People's Hospital, coordinate the planning, use and image unification of new and old buildings, improve the functional layout of the hospital, and ensure that the masses can truly enjoy the convenience of medical treatment. It is necessary to firmly establish the safety string, deeply analyze and study the surrounding environment and potential risks of the project, and do a better job in project planning in more detail. At the same time of project construction, we should pay attention to the surrounding facilities of the project, leave enough space for development, and improve the functional facilities such as education and medical care. It is necessary to standardize the road section limit, pay attention to the use and design of road node space, coordinate the driving and parking problems, and truly build the project into a high-quality project.
