In order to standardize the management of tent campsites in our district and guide the healthy and orderly development of tent campsites, 13 departments in Fengtai District jointly issued the "Measures for the Construction and Management of Tent Campsites in Fengtai District (Trial)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures").
The "Measures" are applicable to tourist attractions, tourist resorts, parks, hotels, country houses, agricultural sightseeing parks, etc. (hereinafter referred to as camping management units) within the administrative area of Fengtai District, Beijing, to set up tent campsites in the place, and to organize and carry out camping business activities and services with tents as the main leisure and accommodation facilities.
The "Measures" point out that for tent campsites included in the government's supervision ledger, it is necessary to establish a "three-in-one" management mechanism composed of camping management units, functional departments, and territorial towns. Among them, the camping management unit bears the main responsibility, the district culture and tourism bureau and other relevant departments bear the departmental supervision responsibility, and the territorial streets and towns bear the overall supervision responsibility. The establishment of tent campsites adopts the method of joint review, which needs to go through four processes: declaration, preliminary review, review and acceptance.
The "Measures" pointed out that with reference to the standard of "Tent Campsites in Part 3 of the Code for the Construction and Service of Leisure Campsites" (GB/T31710), the "Implementation Standards for Tent Campsites in Fengtai District (Trial)" are specially formulated. The safety management responsibilities of all relevant parties should be tightened and consolidated, and the requirements of basic conditions, construction standards, power supply and water supply, service facilities, sanitation facilities, garbage disposal, safety management, prevention and control of sudden infectious diseases, and emergency management should be implemented.
