Spring is infinitely good, and it is time for exercise. Physical fitness, excellent classes promote growth. In order to further deepen the research on the "self-guided" teaching reform of physical education in primary schools from the perspective of the integration of five educations, promote the teaching reform of physical education, promote the professional development of physical education teachers, and improve the quality of physical education teaching. From April 25th to 26th, Tongtan Town Central Primary School in Jiangyang District, Luzhou City, hosted the final of the 2024 "self-guided" teaching high-quality lesson exhibition and evaluation of primary school physical education from the perspective of the integration of five educations in Jiangyang District.
Eight physical education teachers participated in the finals of this high-quality class, including basketball, high jump, throwing, track and field, physical training and other teaching content. Primary school physical education teachers in the district observed and learned on site.
The participating teachers were carefully prepared, bold and innovative, fully demonstrated solid teaching skills, good classroom control ability and remarkable teaching effects, and presented eight wonderful lessons to the physical education teachers in the district. The elaborate teaching design, wonderful teaching presentation, and good interaction between teachers and students all demonstrate the high subject literacy of the teachers. In the classroom activities, eight teachers guided students to learn the action skills of the lesson through the creation of situations, group learning exercises, game competitions and other methods, and fully mobilized the students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning, so as to truly realize the teaching effect of "edutainment", stimulate students' love for sports, and let students enjoy fun, enhance their physique, improve their personality, and temper their will in a relaxed teaching atmosphere.
The high-quality class exhibition and evaluation activities have built a platform for physical education teachers in the district to practice teaching concepts, temper professional quality, and learn from each other, which has played a great role in promoting the education and teaching level of teachers, effectively promoted the active development of physical education teaching in our district, and enhanced the concept of "health first, strong physique".
