On April 10th, the special exhibition "Cantonese Meibai Painting - Tongcao Painting in the 19th Century" jointly organized by Shenzhen Wangye Museum, Eureka Griffin Clubhouse, Singapore and Songshan Lake Wangye Museum was launched at Songshan Lake Wangye Museum.

The 68 paintings cover the themes of ships, human figures, flowers and birds, embroidery, folklore, punishment, acrobatic performances, tea production, etc.
Tongcao painting shows the historical picture of Guangzhou's trade and trade with other parts of the world in the Qing Dynasty, which is not only an important witness to the cultural exchanges between China and the West, but also a pictorial historical material of Guangzhou's cultural history in the Qing Dynasty.
In order to better play the functions of social education and cultural communication, and at the same time enrich the supply of cultural services during the "May Day" Labor Day, sponsored by the Songshan Lake Publicity, Education, Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau, and undertaken by the Songshan Lake Branch of the Dongguan Cultural Center and the Songshan Lake Wangye Museum, the theme activity week of the special exhibition "Cantonese Meibai Painting - Tongcao Painting in the 19th Century" will be held in the Songshan Lake Wangye Museum.
The event strives to restore the real scene in the grass painting, so that the audience and friends can immerse themselves in it, deeply feel the infinite charm of traditional Chinese culture, the launching ceremony of the activity week will be held on April 30 (Tuesday) at 15:00, looking forward to your participation.
