Since the launch of the co-construction activities, SINOMACH Changlin has taken the lead in hosting the assembly fitter skills competition of the Municipal Federation of Intelligent Equipment Industry Trade Unions, and Baoling Heavy Industries, Baosteel Rolls, and CNOOC Changzhou Institute have all participated in and observed the competition, and exchanged experience after the competition to learn excellent competition methods. In 2023, the average sales of Baoling heavy workers increased by 6% over the same period of the previous year, and the income and treatment of employees increased by 8%; 19 results of the QC team of CNOOC Changzhou Institute were released, 7 of which won the QC Outstanding Achievement Award of the Group Company, and 1 first prize of the National Energy, Chemical and Geological System Outstanding Employee Technology Innovation Selection. There were 2 second prizes, 7 national invention patents and 5 utility model patents, and Baosteel Roll was awarded the title of National Specialized and New Little Giant Enterprise, with 12 new authorized patents, including 10 invention patents.

Cultivating talents and cultivating people, and broadening the channel for success. In 2020, Baoling Heavy Industries obtained the qualification of vocational skill level. Since the signing of the "Industrial Reform Twinning and Co-construction Agreement", Baoling Heavy Industries has conducted in-depth research on the current situation of skilled talents and the training plan of high-skilled talents in member units, and conducted discussions on career development channels, skills training, promotion incentives, etc., and guided all team members to obtain the qualification of independent skill level recognition. It is understood that since the beginning of this year, Baoling Heavy Industries will focus on promoting the co-construction units to carry out the "model workers and craftsmen to help enterprises", promote the co-construction units to establish an employee innovation studio alliance, and coordinate the team members to build a supply chain production reform co-construction matrix.

Take the lead in planning and carrying out the special action of "model workers and craftsmen to help enterprises" of the member units, give full play to the technical expertise and skill advantages of model workers and craftsmen, and lead the employees of the enterprise to carry out extensive job training, "famous teachers lead high apprentices", do a solid job of passing on the help, adhere to the problem orientation, send technology and good prescriptions, help solve the "stuck neck" problem and the common problems of industrial development, improve the production efficiency of the enterprise, and enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise.

Promote the establishment of a cross-industry and cross-enterprise employee innovation studio alliance of team members, expand the cluster effect of innovation studios, build a platform for mutual exchange, mutual learning and common improvement for model workers and craftsmen of co-built enterprises, promote the co-construction and sharing, win-win and common prosperity of each innovation studio, and help the construction and reform of the industrial worker team to a new level.

Coordinate the member units to build a matrix for the co-construction of supply chain production reform. Cooperate with the member units to carry out the pairing and co-construction of the industrial reform of supply chain enterprises, create a "1+3+N" industrial reform co-construction matrix, promote the expansion of the cluster of industrial reform, share the excellent experience of industrial reform, discuss the efficient coordination of enterprises, seek the overall situation of industrial development, promote the deepening and practical work of industrial reform, and make new contributions to the struggle to write a Chinese-style modern Changzhou answer sheet.
