In 2023, the average sales of Baoling heavy workers increased by 6% over the same period of the previous year, and the income and treatment of employees increased by 8%; 19 results of the QC team of CNOOC Changzhou Institute were released, 7 of which won the QC Outstanding Achievement Award of the Group Company, and 1 first prize of the National Energy, Chemical and Geological System Outstanding Employee Technology Innovation Selection. There were 2 second prizes, 7 national invention patents and 5 utility model patents, and Baosteel Roll was awarded the title of National Specialized and New Little Giant Enterprise, with 12 new authorized patents, including 10 invention patents.

Since the signing of the "Industrial Reform Twinning and Co-construction Agreement", Baoling Heavy Industries has conducted in-depth research on the current situation of skilled talents and the training plan of high-skilled talents in member units, and conducted discussions on career development channels, skills training, promotion incentives, etc., and guided all team members to obtain the qualification of independent skill level recognition.
