The "May Day" holiday is approaching, in order to provide a comfortable, smooth and convenient travel environment for the majority of drivers and passengers, Xiaheqing toll station has taken multiple measures and scientific deployment to make every effort to do a good job in safety and smooth service during the "May Day" period.
The free policy "learns" first
The first is to organize and study the policy of free release of small passenger cars with seven seats (inclusive) or less on major holidays, make preparations for free release, and standardize the operation process of free release;
Safety prevention and control "guard" in the front
The first is to carry out the investigation of potential safety hazards, focusing on the comprehensive inspection of the lane equipment, generator room, monitoring machine room and other locations to ensure the normal operation of the equipment; the second is to strengthen the safety management of the toll collectors themselves, and strictly achieve the principle of "one stop, two looks, and three passes" when crossing the lane. At the same time, increase the entrance control of overrun vehicles to eliminate potential road safety hazards.
Personnel and materials are "prepared" in advance
The first is to prepare enough paper passes, CPC cards, change notes and other materials before the festival to ensure the normal operation of the toll collection work; the second is to arrange reasonable shifts to ensure that the on-site personnel are sufficient, and at the same time strictly implement the 24-hour duty system, strengthen the work on duty, timely and properly handle emergencies, and ensure the smooth flow of government order information.
Quality service "go" ahead
The first is to strengthen the civilized service awareness of toll collectors, further standardize gesture service and civilized language, strengthen the window service awareness, and improve service quality; the second is to improve all kinds of convenient service facilities, provide convenient services such as drinking water, road condition consultation and simple car repair tools for drivers and passengers, and constantly refine the service content, extend the service connotation, and enhance the image of the window.
