Recently, Mr. Cui Zhi, a famous scholar, calligrapher and chairman of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Collectors Association, was invited to write the name of the Central Plains Guizang Painting and Calligraphy Institute, and presented the calligraphy works of the dean, Mr. Huang Feiyun. Cui Zhi, whose real name is Cui Zhigang, is also known as Boling. Born in Beijing in May 1949.

When he was a teenager, he loved the art of calligraphy, and at the age of 13, he was admitted to the Jinshi calligraphy group of the Beijing Children's Palace. He is now a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, served as the president of the Fifth Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Collectors Association, a member of the Industrial Development Committee and the Publishing Editorial Committee of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and won the first China Calligraphy Pavilion Award in 2002.
