Luo Lusheng, a native of Qin'an County, Tianshui City, Gansu Province, now lives in Wuhan, Hubei. Party members, soldiers. More than 3,000 seal carving works and more than 2,000 egg carving works have been published. He was awarded the honor of military seal carver, calligrapher, egg carving artist and calligraphy artist. He is the author of "Collection of Lusheng Seal Spectrum", "Appreciation of Egg Carving Art", "Chinese Characters and Calligraphy". In October 2008, he won the Korean Friendship Award in the Sino-Korean Calligraphy and Painting Exchange Exhibition.
