"We held a special meeting on safety production during the 'May Day' period in advance, and set up a work leading group to comprehensively analyze the situation of safety production, pay close attention to key industries, key areas and outstanding hidden dangers, and make every effort to do a good job in the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers in production safety and emergency preparedness. The relevant person in charge of the Fushun County Emergency Bureau said.
After the thematic meeting, the departments took immediate action. In enterprises, farmers, supermarkets, schools, health centers, nursing homes and other places, various departments in Fushun County have carried out in-depth investigations, focusing on fire protection, natural gas, hazardous chemicals, road traffic, building construction, special equipment, campus safety, etc. At the same time, we insist on rectification while investigating, and carry out timely rectification and rectification within a time limit for the identified safety hazards, so as to effectively eliminate the hidden dangers of accidents. For the potential safety hazards found in the inspection, the inspectors require the relevant enterprises to draw inferences from one case to another to do a good job in the rectification of hidden dangers and the management of outstanding problems, to ensure that the rectification of problems is in place, the elimination of potential safety hazards is in place, and go all out to guard the bottom line of safety production to ensure that the county's "May Day" holiday is safe and orderly.
At the same time, Fushun County makes full use of online media and offline visits to vigorously publicize safety production laws and regulations and safety prevention knowledge, improve the safety awareness and prevention ability of the masses, effectively enhance the initiative and consciousness of doing a good job in safety production, and strive to form a good pattern of joint management and joint participation.
For the problems found in the investigation, the relevant departments immediately establish a rectification account, implement the listing supervision system, and severely punish the units and individuals who are not timely and not in place to rectify the problems, so as to truly achieve "zero legacy", "zero tolerance" and "zero tolerance" for rectification. At the same time, we strictly implement the 24-hour duty and leadership system, so that there is no shortage of leaders, no shortage of people, and no disconnection of responsibilities.
Up to now, Fushun County has dispatched 260 inspection teams, 676 inspectors, 433 inspection points, 228 hidden dangers, 124 on-site rectifications, and 104 rectifications within a time limit. In the next step, Fushun County will carry out in-depth joint law enforcement according to the problem ledger, focus on crackdown, supervision, and rectification, form a strong deterrent, and ensure the safety and stability of the county during the festival.
